"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"
This topic is apropos to my other question on this forum about whether or not people like to replace-in.
I do not like to replace-in but I do it because I feel that it is 'giving back' to the site in a way, to keep games going, because I appreciate those who replace into my games to keep them going.
That being said, I've only played 8 games on this site in 5 years, so my raw numbers are not large - but I did replace into half of them (I do it every other game).
With regards to another topic of discussion here, I do have to wonder how much quality one can put into games when you are playing so many at once. I play one per year (or so) and give that game my complete and undivided attention. I realize that different people play for different reasons and with different styles and expectations, so I'm not going to say that anyone is wrong for playing so many games at once. But I have been annoyed at times to see lurkers or low effort players in more than one game at once.
