Just curious, has there ever been a game in which everyone died?

It would likely require going to night with the living players being a scum and a town lover pair including a vig.

Pirates vs Ninjas back in the day was heading this way when it got to 2/2/2 with both scum groups knowing who the other one was, and a WC that stated if an equal number of scum of different factions were the only players left alive and then crosskilled,
town
won.

It's happened. Some badly-worded win conditions meant that the scorched earth ending would lead to a joint SK/Town victory. When the SK figured this out, he actively tried to bring the situation about (at least partly to dissuade the town from lynching him).

The actual setup that brought the ending about was quite odd, too, involving a variant Absorber that managed to absorb an Inventor ability that gave out dayvig shots that didn't resolve until the next vote count (thus allowing for the two simultaneous kills needed to pull the ending off when the multiple Inventor shots allowed for multiple identical inventions to exist at the same time).

that sounds like a glitchy speedrun

have no understanding for the criteria for cool threads you're choosing to respond to coming back cfj, but cool to see you around
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"
