Flip the wrong player

Have you ever posted the flip for one player when another one was supposed to have died?
What do you do when that happens?

The best resolution is to lock that in as the outcome.. It seems like a bad answer but there's no good answers.

If you make a mistake you can't undo it. I suggest trying not to make a mistake like that, but if you do even up making a mistake as a moderator, PM a Listmod so we can help you through it.
