Vote Counting Google Sheet Automation

Hey y'all, recently I've been putting a lot of effort into automating my vote count process and I wanted to share the result of that for anyone who might get some use out of it.

Here is a template which you can copy.

Cliffnotes:
-This sheet will take your input of player votes in the vcEdit sheet and generate a vote count with bbcode formatting which is sorted and removes all players without votes in the formatted tab. You can then simply copy/paste that formatted sheet into a post and hit enter.
-This is specifically for games with 13 players. You can edit the sheet and the code to make it work with more or fewer players but it will not work out of the box.
-You can change the formatting or headers by putting your own inputs into the 1 or 3 row or the bottom 2 rows which are currently populated.
