^ Seems rather overpowered. All he'd have to do is claim cop and watch the entire Mafia die throwing themselves at him.

I have that on my role list as a Kidnapper, LF. I think the only difference was that the game still continued, but on a smaller level, for those who were kidnapped. They could still choose to lynch by submitting votes for their fellow abductees via PM, and after a lynch (or no lynch), roles could still perform their night choices.
