I know the explanation for the read on you is pretty accurate from my own experience. A lot of those are similar tells to how I read you.

But I don't think faking townreads is particularly difficult, if you have experience with a player especially and know their meta. If based on past games the expectation is for them to easily read you I don't see the read as anything unexpected, especially if there was the incentive of trying to buddy as well.

losing scumpartner d1 in matrix6 is terrible, worth risking a lot to avoid, and someone like rc probably has a reasonable expectation they get investigated too even with hammering scum
in fact if rc bussed he'd probably get lynched later because he's well known to bus lol, him hard townreading would actually be less expected than bussing

of course that's speculation, though I could say I'd probably just hammer there too if I were scum

Well, overall I'm not really sure, but I guess I'd lean towards it being gigabyte... In her other scum game she seemed to prioritize partner interaction and building a good association, in pregame said

we have to interact with each other A LOT. we know each other irl but we have to do everything to sort each other out so it shouldn't be too hard to fake.

and tried to engage a fair bit.

In the context of THIS game I could see her having said similar to gayreen pregame and the interaction they had earlier d1 as gigabyte trying to encourage this. Then gigabyte's thing about grey "you've been ignoring me, etc", "you really do have weak reads on me" so on and so forth I could see from giga being conscious of her partner ignoring her and leaving that association, possibly annoyed (well if it was me I'd be annoyed, at least).

If Cass is scum she's pretty proficient at AtE and would probably come from a site where it's really prevalent.

Generally if I don't know if someone is capable of doing all that I'd think it's more likely it was just genuine, at least more often than not that's what I have seen, though of course assuming is risky and without knowing cass its definitely not a safe judgement to make.

Compared to giga, the "level of acting" for scum cass seems higher if that makes sense. Giga was kind of energetic early d1 (but as scum I can see that for earlygame myself) but since then faded into a kind of blob of whatever, cass otoh was more extreme and volatile for most of the game. I think if there's 2 people and one of them is just like okay-ish over a long period of time whereas the other person is variable and does some towntells and some scumtells, the latter is more likely town? At least it looks more natural I guess, I'd imagine any heavily invested very active town would have some moments where they did look scummy just through being so involved.

It's hard to see anyone as scum here really, but least hard seems to be giga. -Grey-'s association with cass may not be great but at least part of that seems like -grey- intentionally tying himself. When I think individual reads though it's just hard for me to see cass scum... she definitely did a good job if she is. Well, I guess anyone who was scum in this game did a decent job.

the only thing that's maybe weird is the townbloc thing, but if its a townbloc with you and your partner in it, and people you want to buddy (creature?) it makes sense I guess
and gigabyte vanished off the surface of the earth when I was getting wagoned even though she said she townread me pretty hard earlier and wanted to include me in that townbloc
