Newbie 1968 - Game Over

Mannnn the fact you're bringing it up is adding so much WIFOM to it. I'm pretty sure I'm lynching GJT today but I have to be sure.

Scenario A is that GJT killed TW because I was still showing suspicion of you yesterday and scum!GJT probably thinks there's a better chance of convincing me that JV is scum, whereas TW seemed reasonably set on the scum being in Kerset/GJT
Scenario B is that JV killed TW because he would prefer to deal with me in LyLo over TW and so we can have this WIFOMy conversation

Given the mafia left is roleblocker I basically just become a confVT, same as TW

Ugh... I hate being in this position. Legit if I had investigated anyone else N2 this game would've been done.

So many small things bug me about JV's ISO. Lots of D1 fluff. The jokey "busing my scum buddy" stuff with Gyro. Both JV and GJT were on every lynch wagon together. They both lynched Ojoi. They both lynched Gyro which means one of them had to bus. They both lynched Kerset. There's some minor LAMIST stuff in his ISO that irks me.
JV probably didn't need to tell people he had a scum read on Gyro and vote him D1, even though he didn't stick with it. He moved his vote around a lot, seemed to pressure different places. Ultimately it's REALLY hard to see scum bothering to do that fake hammer bullshit on D1. Especially doing that and then not fabricating some bogus scum read from it which suggests he was genuinely trying to get information. Like it's SO hard for me to see scum motivation there unless they thought it would get them massive townie points or something. Gyro never voted for JV, but he parked his vote on GJT pretty much all D2. End of the day don't think that scum!JV NEEDED to bus Gyro D2. He easily could have gone for a GJT lynch instead and D3 we would have been 2v3 rather than 1v4.

GJT's ISO just feels a lot scummier. His entrance was bad. His scum read on Ojoi was vague and his reasoning on D1 was just stuff like "doesn't sit right with me" and no actual analysis. 400 feels like he's preparing to bus Gyro D2. I know we've gone on and on about it, but the Ojoi hammer was nasty. I know we were looking for a replacement but like, it just feels more like scum's found a nice juicy mislynch and they don't want to risk a replacement talking their way out of it or town moving on somewhere else. Especially when people were already talking about going after Gyro as an alternative for the day. I get that that hammer CAN come from impatient town, but given how GOOD it was for scum I just can't ignore that.
Seemed to be setting up to push either me, TW or Urist after a Gyro flip on D2. Had been pushing Thomth which felt kind of opportunistic.

I don't know. JV if you're scum you've played extremely well and deserve the win

Well played GJT, I think leaving me alive was the right play because I had a lot of paranoia about JV and I historically shit the bed in LyLo so there was a reasonable chance my brain would have shut down and I'd have just thrown the game haha

I think that was probably right, I think your only other option was lynching Thomth D2, but it would've made you both look super shifty after the fact and I very likely would've investigated you N2 instead of Urist
