Now that Invictus is over I can respond to this. I guess it's a much newer mindset than I thought, but I emphasized competing wagons quite a bit on D1 there. The worst D1 is when there's a single uncontested wagon on a low-activity player and it flips town.

now that invictus is over i can finally relax... this is my game to just chill in tbh

i was so deep in the scum mindset in that game that i literally forgot how to play town when i rolled it in this one which is part of why i started slow

So, hutmeil has been DEADSET on vulture maf. Dragons come in. completely drops it. All that's left in the bottom of hut's reads are the 3 lurkers, which hut SRs for lurking. and literally everyone else is null or town. Hut literally isn't trying to find mafia here. like "I'm voting my SR, who is a SR cause of LURKING" and what info do we get when we lim lurkers? nothing

while i don't have a problem with hutmeil voting for self-pres, though i am slightly worried about how the vulture/std read kinda seemingly. disappeared.

first thing that comes to mind is "scum isn't trying to divert from the wagons". which i'm not sure how helpful it is - if the leading wagons are t/t, then obviously they don't have a lot of desire to shift that. if they're s/s, then, first of all lol, second of all the low activity of pp and hut kinda makes it so that there's not much they can even do right now other than crossvote and hope that people don't think the wagons are s/s.

s/t is the most annoying scenario to analyze -- i imagine it's likely that scum would either be hard pushing for the t, or quietly bussing the s.

none of this is very helpful before flips, and it's even more tainted by the fact that it was just a major usa holiday so absence can be explained, or at least excused that way.

this is a lot of words to say "idk how to do vca, i am tired of this day and want a flip, where tf is the penguin".

oh yeah, another thing i wanted to say now that invictus is over - i am less sure of my townread on ydra/std. i thought i used to be good at reading her, but as that game has just showed me, no i am not lmfao

so that slot will probably be due to a re-eval at *some point* when i find the willpower to do things in this game again

Doing some reading of fire is my priority today. What I know is that my assumption that fire's scum game has improved significantly has proven true. The man posted 100+pages in a neighborhood with Andante and got town read.

He is obviously capable of talking mad bullshit now. I suspect we have all given him too easy of town reads here that require more critical analysis.

hahahahaha I'm not a reliable fire reader, I'd say the biggest thing I noticed were his "reads" I don't think he pushed a single scum that game...

but overall I'm still thinking hut lim is best here... or someone who isn't being wagoned, like Mala. Cause the thread could be dead (I know there was a holiday) cause scum are content with the direction this is going, meaning, change up the wagons, people might start having a voice
