small setup comment to start
"rolecop tracker" should probably be rephrased to "combined rolecop tracker" since I made the same parsing error as Titus when I first saw the role name

Scum have brains and can find these implications themselves, and we know they have day talk so they can discuss role spec in their PT instead of out in the open
I think the idea is by forcing discussion out into the open/putting two people into the spotlight, Dunnstral was making it harder to avoid talking about it

Im actually not super stoked about speccing about the timing of the PM deliveries and the replace outs, being said replace out
One of these should be voted off.
Opening post being a vote + explanation is usually scum. Town doesn't drop an explanation with their vote because why bother?
Pisskop I think may be town, so lets vote between.
davesaz
and
shaddowez
I'll vote Shaddowez cause I've never voted them before in a game.
VOTE: Shaddowez
this feels like bullshit
what's your source on scum giving a reason for RVS votes? I've seen certain players use this to great effect but it's absolutely player-dependent in some regards. Such as: a player noticed scum often gave justifications for piling onto a specific player early on/they often gave the same username-related RVS vote logic.

this feels like an overbaked thought process

I think the vote on shaddowez in 94 feels weird because gob seems to distrust people that vote with an explanation in their first post, but shaddowez's reason was literally just "I haven't played with Titus in awhile" which seems like pure RVS to me
also 2/3 of the people gob pushed in 94 were town so I think that reinforces my belief that the "scum justify RVS votes more" idea was horseradish

What the fuck. Are you gonna just fucking link my post and give your bad take every time now? We get it, you scumread me. Save it for a big post later in the day.
that certainly is a reaction

I’ll probably be lurking for 2-3 hours since I gotta get back to work but I’ll be here
If anyone has something they want my thoughts on lmk, otherwise I’ll get to everything as I read the thread

Titus's reasoning here doesn't really feel pure. The only way I could question if there are enough points for a legit Cop claim would be if I were a 2 point PR myself and assumed the scum took no abilities. The reason for voting me doesn't check out
There was an or in that statement. Pretty convenient you left that out.
Your "you might know he's town" reasoning feels better and I can't really argue against you there. I'm just not sure why you included the second reasoning
I feel this. There's 3 points to start with, plus I don't think I've ever seen scum skip recruiting traitor, so that's a default extra point, so if Black was a 2 point TPR a cop still could have existed?
pk I think makes a similar point further down on p6

This is an example of what gob thinks is scum indicative -- giving a reason that isn't actually a reason.
i think dunnstral's opening was very easy to hop on and you did so without actually digging into what was alignment indicative about it
you just kinda shouted "gross" and voted dunn which feels a little performative and not like you actually care about what dunn's alignment is or showing other people what dunn's alignment might be
putting a pin in this

Using pregame replacement spec is scummy, full stop.
What? That doesn't explain your Dann scumread at all
it kinda does, it's just badly structured imo
saying someone is "greater than rand scum" is not a legitimate reason, you'd need to explain how that's the case. But I don't think that fits gob's idea of a scum RVS vote because it's not fabricated as much as it is a hollow logic.
but since dave was just bashing gob's head in figuratively, it's kinda moot imo

I don't feel great about how butthurt dave is being about this, it feels a bit like a child tattling and going "you're only punishing me IT'S NOT FAIR". Also think based the first post of these two, dave should have switched to voting gob

I think my impressions of the current situation lead me to want to merc one of the less involved players, those being Psyche and S_S VOTE: something_smart
this had traction earlier so I'll go here
I do not think pk/Taly is scum here at all. Black and Alisae are intriguing, I might ISO them, but that would also take place over night phase because me ISOing slots tends to end up overwriting chronological catch-up

If I’m scum I at least have that going for me so there’s always some vested interest in playing things out

Most times I get wagoned as town, it’s during D1 and based on poor logic
The former is not the case here and I don’t entirely object to the wagon on me, I can see my play so far has been not-great (there’s actually something I did that resembles my last scumgame) and I expect even if I do get misyeeted the game should be within reach to solve
