Sorry posting on mobile so there was some auto correct in there.

Whenever I've seen Uzi play a more Null game he's usually either town that gets NK'd early cause people think he was a lurking PR. Or he's actually a PR. Also Uzi has said before that his PR play is very lurkery and null.

It's not a rolefish. Uzi does this as Vanilla Town too. But I've never played with him when he's scum so I don't know, I don't read to deep into meta but Uzi seems to follow his from what I have played with him.
