Hard to say. Normally the next question would be "but is he trying?". But with two scum teams, the answer should always be "yes" at least to look town if he's scum. But not everyone in this game seems to agree with that which is new to me. So there are too many variables to say for sure. At the very least, the reads list has opened my eyes a hell of a lot more than flubber's case on him and given a deadline situation, I'd compromise on him if needed. I ISO'd him before answering this to find a hint on whether he thinks scum should scum hunt (didn't find anything) and also noticed quite a bit of nervousness, but he also mentioned being new and not playing in a while so again I'm not sure if that means much.

it still required them to not read the setup

i seriously need content from hiraki and btd6 to be able to actually sort the game though

I noticed some things about this "Flubbernugget asking about daychat" business.

Was Flubbernugget faking it? As Town, it is reasonable that they forgot whether scum had day chat and were merely asking. However, I would have thought that they would read the rules first because this information is easily available. If Flubbernugget was Mafia and were asking about the wolves, they would likely ask in the PT though. If Flubbernugget was genuine, they would likely be either Town or a Wolf.

How much information can be gleaned from this? Overall, not that much. Town can easily say this genuinely, but scum can easily fake it. Given this, this does not make it necessarily scummy. Even with the tone, certain players can have natural tones which seem fake so this is not very reliable.

Not reading the setup is certainly anti-Town, but it's probably NAI overall.

KMD is weird, i actually haven't looked at it(?) at all for some reason, just ignored it(?) (null atm)

What specifically about btd's posts is "good info"? Is he really trying to help town?

Why don't you get dave's NKA? Have you thought to ask him for an explanation? Why is it town if you don't understand it?

If gamma is playing like an IC instead of a player, why is that town? In newbie games, ICs get accused of doing this to appear helpful while not actually helping to solve the game. I'm not sure of the accuracy of it, but it's a commonly used scum tell yet you use it to town read gamma. Why?
