Halfway update:

Y'all realize Titus and Marashu are scum together, right? They both defended each other as town with like zero coherent reasoning at all in the very early pages of the game. I'd maybe even guess werewolves since I'd suspect that pair to be highly defense of each other if they have any hope of winning the game.

Klick and Klyne are my strongest townreads based on me vibing with the things they say. Klick early pages and in analysis of the Taly wagon, Klyne more pages 5-9 when he's busting up Marashu & Titus with zero fucks given.

clidd is probably clueless town based on early impressions.

Like it was probably fair to criticize ORAM from not contribing much, but that's NAI. His unvote of Titus was kind of a turd, but then he poked BattleMage, which I would probably interpret as protown from an outside perspective given the likely skill disadvantage ORAM would be at in that fight.

I'll be curious to see how an apparent wagon formed on him. (I haven't looked at the current vote count, so no idea if I still have votes on me or not.)

I don't think it was any one thing. When I was doing my catch up, it seemed like he was the most active in trying to keep the game on life support as people were replacing out like crazy. That felt like something I would do as a town player.

I get what you're saying about trying to get the wolves first, but also I'll take a scum if I can get it. I never wanted Klyne. I was starting to get a little wishy washy on Titus, and galaxii was definitely scummy for just ghosting the game. It made sense to me to change the day dynamics and try to inject some unpredictability into that day, hopefully forcing scum into putting themselves.

I do find the IAAU case somewhat persuasive for a buddy.

VP, what is your read on MC (regardless of the case)?

I liked him initially when I replaced in because he seemed like he was trying to keep the game moving forward. Since myself and Datisi got here, he's been just playing around the edges and not doing much, which was already concerning me. Username's case helped it click why I was feeling bad vibes from MC.

Although, I went back over DV's iso yesterday and today, and his read progression on me is more than a bit confusing. He called me a townread day 1, then I helped catch scum, and he starts scum reading me?

He pins his entire thinking on a joke post from me that he considers "fake", and says I'm not hunting scum (despite yeeting scum D1).

Of course, then he says I'm scum overreacting because I question that. So yeah, it's weird.

As far as why I am townreading Titus, I expressed more of a town read on her yesterday from her play. A Titus/Datisi wolf combo was the only thing holding me back from more of a full commitment there. With Datisi flipping green, I think Titus' town equity goes up.

It's a fair point that the DV flip is at least informative.

So if I'm looking at that list, I basically think: "Let's flip MC, who is likely mafia. Then we probably flip Bulge who I suspect is wolf. Ahoska is probably next and could be either imo. That flip will probably inform who is suspect out of the remainder"

Though I could also be dead by then. I think the mafia nominated me because they think I'm a wolf or town dangerous to them. I know I'm town, but either way I still expect to be on the kill list with regularity. Matter of time before actual wolves get on the list and I'll be dead.
