Datisi asked why I picked him it was because he echo'd a random team closely that I had thrown out as like a fleeting thought. (The Andante/Skitter/Cakez one but p sure he didn't have Cakez in it.)

He asked me what my solve was and I said "Fuck If I Know" because, well. Fuck if I know. I said there's probably 1 in Andante/Skitter, Datisi didn't really want to vote Andante because of Holiday game. He called the game blurry. Big mood. I called Andante as having opportunistic moments but she jumped around too much for me to like... follow...

A bit of sillyposts.

I voted Andante because I felt like her lying about the Midway thing was fucked. Pressure vote, etc. I said she did it to maybe get away with lying/not following along with town in order to try and save a partner with a "Good" track. (I didn't say the last part but I don't think saying it without the context would make sense at large.)

S_S was either Very Good or Very Bad to me for snap-voting because he's pretty sluggish as a voter, I saw that as much in Holiday game. I don't think he slaps down the vote like he did as scum unless he feels self-conscious enough about how people view his scumgame that he's trying not to make the same mistakes and do something zippy for the cred.

I called Datisi my new Taly jokingly (this was actually before the above), and as I did in dance game I answered something someone (maybe Datisi?) asked me in main thread in the neighborhood. He asked why. I said he was my new Taly. And also told him that I like PTs more than I like main threads in general because I find them more manageable and fun.

He asked if I lied about forgetting my n1 action, made it a point to not call it a scumream. I told him I did forget, wasn't lying, he said there was an answer that would have conftown'd me to him. And that's it.

Rather than just saying "oh I WOULD have conftown'd you", throwing me a bone when I was pretty much just. Out on my own floating. Like, if he had an expectation that I might dig into his reasoning or something maybe it was a Scum Move, to get me to work for the conftown status I wanted or something to use but that just seems... a little silly.

I think it is only to your detriment as a player to not interact with your scumreads. It’s unpleasant for them as a player on a personal level (this happened to me before in Circle of Trust). It’s limiting your ability to read them and perhaps locking yourself in a tunnel if incorrect. If you’re doing it as scum more power to you I guess but even then it’s... harsh and a bit against the spirit of a team game, I dunno.

(And while you can say like, oh Skitter can post and do stuff without talking to me... everyone’s exhausted of this game and we’re on this day because you wanted time, posting and thinking about this right now.. is hard and draining. I think if absolutely nothing else as like, decency as One Person on this site to Another interacting with honey rather than vinegar would be better for the thread’s health as a whole and be more likely to get you the results you want: people posting and doing things.)
