What is your belief on policy lynching?

Do you think scum or town lurk more and why?

How active would you say you are in a typical mafia game?

1) I think scum use it more then town. There are some games I can see why a policy lynch is neccessary but they are in larger games.

2) I would say actively lurking is a scum trait. If a person is lurking it could be for many reasons and I see both alignments lurker.

3) I'm so active it hurts. Weekends I dont' post as much but during the work week you will see me here lots.

Policy Lynching is only okay when it's a game with Ythan in it. >.> But on a serious note, I like the idea of policy lynching, because if it comes down to a decision end-game then there should be no bias feelings.

Scum lurk, town get bored, theres no comparison IMO.

No it was p.1 everything there is basically null. But I do find it alarming that you're pushing so hard for it.

Same here, I understand this. But I must admit, lying is never good for the game so IGMEOY.

btw, obviously ksun wasn't lurking since I replaced him so any offense on that is null lol

Why did you feel the need to point this out?

1. That's fine, you can disagree, but RVing is NOT a scum tell no matter how you look at it. It will always be because of chance instead of evidence. Of course if they write "OMG guizz I am so cited to play wif muh scumm pawtnuh" sure, that is a case where you can come up positive on something. But saying they are scummy because their RV not being that great of reasoning is just stupid as no RV has reason. That's what makes it RV.

2. I pointed it out because it was in a tell about ksun that he was lurking. So I thought I would defend him (myself). Why did you feel the need to question this without reading the whole thread?

Also, if you thought it was obvious, why did you need to say it?

1. I am not going to apologize for answering an unanswered question. You are applying pressure for a reason in which there is no grounds.

2. I said it just in case anyone tried to hold it against me. Why are you so determined to use the fact that I answered a question as a scum tell?

Chau Chau - It seems like he is being so sarcastic to make it look lke he really is town. I have a very opposite way of thinking. The more townie someone looks the more scummy they look to me.

What's the difference?

There is a major difference between someone who IS town and someone who is ACTING town. It's kind of obvious to tell.

Player 1: Asks questions and does general scum hunting, while adding personal strategy to the game. IS town

Player 2: Says things like "Well, since I am town..." Or "We will win if we..." The general AtE'ing I have seen so much from scum.

Because after all, scum make it their focus to look like town, and town make it their focus to find scum.
