Nonetheless, I could also support a Venrob policy, but it's not as urgent.

@saulres: Your rant is a sign of laziness, but I'll consent.

He claimed scum as town to get lynched in Polygamist Mafia (4 pairs of town lovers and a Mafia who has to keep all its players alive to win) because he didn't like his partner.

Unfortunately, he hasn't shown any signs of getting better.

One of {Salamence, Venrob} needs to go today. Having both in a possible LyLo would really suck. I personally think Venrob is the lesser of two evils.

I do have a big suspect outside of those two, but I'm going to refrain from bringing it up right now.

Just a side note, I was also in the only other running of this setup.

I played a game with him, and he wasn't really helpful at all. He ended up replacing out due to a reason I forget. I'll go look at it.

UNVOTE:

Salamence is probably town, unfortunately.

I'll see what I can get from this later today.

So I'm going to try to find the scum using PoE, mostly because
I forgot why I suspected saulres
it's much easier for me.

Salamence is Town because he was pushing for a PL on Venrob when, if he's scum, the easiest option for him is to keep him around to LyLo and hope he screws up. He also finds me suspicious at one point, but sticks to a Venrob PL over a me lynch.

njoseph is town, and I want to wait until everyone is more active and the game is in a later stage before I explain this one.

That leaves 4nx, Disturbed, saulres, and Venrob.

I have absolutely no tell either way coming from 4nx or Venrob. That can be dealt with later, I guess.

In post 83, Disturbed_One wrote:saulres has a pretty compelling argument against Sal. I'm inclined to agree, I didn't like his push for Venrob one bit.

That said, I don't see any reason to believe the claim. His actions speak against him. I'm still happy with where my vote is at.

Edit:
@ njoseph: What townie motivation does Sal have to join this game and push for a Venrob lynch? Personally, I don't see one.

This post disturbs me. (lol wow, pun not intended) He's full-on Salamence lynch, based primarily on saulres' case. SOMETHING in this post is telling me that Disturbed is Mafia, but I don't know what exactly it is. It feels like fake scumhunting.

For saulres, there was something earlier that made me think he was Mafia, but I forgot it. Oh well.

VOTE: Disturbed

He's a VI. He's not pro-town.

Actually, this is the only thing you've put against Sal yourself:

In post 32, Disturbed_One wrote:I strongly disagree with the Venrob policy lynch and Sal seems to want to push it. Might as well vote the guy whose vote I disagree the most with.

And you're right, I don't have a case. I have a suspicion.

Salamence, VI is the politically correct term. The real term for you (as well as myself) would have to be "abstract player." In that sense, I also consider myself a VI.

Basically, you're considered a VI if you play in a controversial way that others will only see as anti-town, i.e. supporting PLs. You don't have the same ideas of correct town play as the majority. I'm the same way.

As for the scenario you provided, it's just an example of me being an abstract player. It did end up helping the success of the game.

(I may sound philosophical because I've been watching Death Note and Code Geass recently)

Actually, Post #127 is wrong. He was assuming that lynching
himself
would put us in LyLo, which is obviously going to be his PoV.

So what's your reasoning for suspecting me other than me not having what you consider much evidence on you?

Little evidence is better than none.

Actually, your whole game so far has been suspicious. You came in here jumping on the Sal wagon, pushing the PL, and when Sal hit L-1 and claimed, you suddenly jumped off the wagon because Sal was "probably town".

Think about what you just said.

To answer both of you, I didn't actually start trying to find Salamence's alignment until about Page 4.

In post 49, Salamence20 wrote:Meanwhile, Kondi is distracting you from actual scumhunting by showing you a complete list of Salamence misreps.

This was where he suspected me. Even if it was slight, he still pushed the PL over the suspicion.

4nx, I want you to know that you're one of my top two suspects for Disturbed's partner, the other being Minerals.

If you had to vote Disturbed or Sala right now, who would you vote?

Hope everything works out for you, Elmo.

Anyway, the njoseph flip completely surprised me. He was my top townread. I can never read players that I don't already know.

I think the Cop should claim.
