was hosting a quaint little Christmas Party with her friends, and the evening had seemed to be going all right.

had showed up a little bit late, which

had already yelled at him for.

earlier to do a grand gift exchange, and

kept staring over at the pile of presents everyone had brought.

was pretty tired from his already incredibly long day, but the peaceful snow seemed to calm him down - and so did the booze

All in all,

Piggy

was pretty happy about the way things had been going. In fact, she was almost a little worried since things around her never seemed to ever go according to plan.

It was slightly after dinner, when everyone had decided to head to the living room to finally do the gift exchange, when

Piggy

heard a ghastly scream come from upstairs.

She ran as fast as she could, but tragically, her sister,

Hoopla

was already dead. Shot right between the eyes.

The others all ran up after

Piggy

, and seeing their gentle hostess cry, everyone awkwardly shuffled their feet, wondering what do to.

Piggy

sniffled, still clinging to her sister's body, and wiped the tears from her face. She turned to meet the eyes of each and every one of her guests. She knew at least one of them had to be responsible, and until she had caught the bastard who had done this, no one was going to leave her sight.

Now

Piggy

isn't your average girl, she can be a cruel leader when the time calls for it, and time was a calling. Playing the Professor Layton games and all those indie games like Myst, puzzles and solving cases was her area of expertise. Those evil cunnevils would have to tip toe lightly - even sacrificing a player of their own - to get away from her. Because as much as

Piggy

hated to admit it, she wanted revenge. And if there had to be blood shed to get it, so be it.

paced around the house as her guests argued in the living room. Things had started to get rough, and

raised an eyebrow at her quick-handed guests, and tutted them all away from

She dragged him away, his pleads still being heard as he was carried roughly downstairs and with a slam of the basement door the guests all sat around in the living room, hoping they had made the right choice.

Nearly an hour later

Piggy

came back upstairs, there was blood on her clothes and in her hair but she didn't look like she cared. Her face was sour as she stared at all her guests who were waiting in suspense. "He didn't kill my sister, you nimrods!" She growled and stomped upstairs, leaving her guests to do what they wanted until she came back down.

The wind blew the tree branch against the window making an eery scraping sound.

Piggy

woke up with a start, not realizing she had fallen asleep. Doing a quick head count she cursed to herself, someone was missing and if they had managed to escape

Piggy

's wrath...

She gritted her teeth and headed to the kitchen, she needed coffee if she was going to keep up another day of brutal investigation. Still half asleep, it wasn't until she leaned back and waited for the coffee to finish before she realized there was a dead body in the kitchen.

Blinking, having the feeling that she might still be sleeping, she carefully walked over and checked their pulse, yup, for sure dead.

Piggy

found various bottles of medicine and a bottle of vodka that was now half empty. It didn't take a genius detective to realize this was a suicide.

Piggy

figured it probably wasn't for the best to keep the dead body in the kitchen, and when she tried to move it a piece of paper floated down onto the ground.

The guilt is just too much to bear. I admit it, me and my two colleagues killed your sister.
I didn't want to, but I couldn't help it, a job's a job, you know? And once you get the stain of blood on your hands... well... sorry leviathan... you were an alright dude.
I'll take the full blame of the crime, so piggy, try to let your hatred go.

crumpled up the note and tossed it in the recycling. At least one thing had come out of her ex-friend's death, she now knew there were two other monsters she had to get.

had barely finished her third cup of tea (out of her usual five), and she hadn't even figured out what she was going to do about lunch yet.

But everyone agreed that they knew what they were doing, and

came back up and crossed her arms staring at the five remaining in the living room. Their eyes all looked hopeful, and

was confused as to what they were doing wrong. She shook her head, "He didn't do it."

A weight hung in the room as

picked her tea back up. She was starting to worry about what would happen if they didn't catch the killers soon. "Why don't you all take a little break." She suggested and then headed back downstairs to clean up the mess.

yelled, but she already knew it was too late.

inching forward.

Out of the corner of her eye,

sneaking behind the two offenders with a lamp, but

was quicker and another shot of the gun was fired.

, feeling the impending doom, wanted to know just one thing, "Why are you doing this?"

The two finished the job and after a double tap on everyone to make sure they were dead, the two boys left
