This is such a leading question, and I wouldn't characterize Taskmaster's posts as "freaking out."In post 82, DrCirno wrote:Is that because he freaked out on people town reading you for setup breaking stuff? Not a dayvig.-

Of course I like being read as town, but I've never once done something specifically to generate town reads on me (at least as town... I've probably done this as scum some point in my life that I don't recall off-hand).
So, first of all, town has no motivation to lie (barring a few special circumstances, which this is not one of) so if you think a player is lying this should ring off bells in your head.In post 107, Bertkerberos wrote:I don't feel a vote is justified. My point was that of course you care about getting town points if you're town. You want to look town so you don't get lynched.
Secondly, if you're town you shouldn't care what other players read you as, because after all you KNOW you are town. (That is my philosophy on it anyway...Scum have more motivation to try and get these "town points."
Thirdly, BertKerb's 107 reads like only the first line of Amrun's 106 was read.

If one is town then one wants to play to their win condition to the fullest. If breaking the setup is the best way to do that, so be it.In post 271, Taskmaster wrote:Another reason why we shouldn't try to break it-
It encourages laziness and sheeping of PRs.
Now, whether breaking a setup isethical...that is a discussion for the Mafia Discussion forum. After this game is done. Not a dayvig.-

It was a matter of 1) taskmaster's logic was terribad 2) I had a light gut scumread on them 3) staying off a wagon when one does not have strong feelings against said wagon is antiproductive
He was complimenting the mod on his use of flavor. What was the point of questioning this?In post 424, mnemonicdevice wrote:What was the point of that^ ???

Since there's no wagon at the moment I would highly suggest you kindly join me on the BertKerberos wagon. Not only was a lot of his D1 logic just plain scummy, but i'm not entirely convinced the hammer of Taskmaster was accidental. (admittedly this read is mostly gut but admittedly 95% of my reads in all games are mostly gut)Not a dayvig.-

Right, so that means BertKerb, Amrun, and Rural Juror / DrCirno were on both mislynches. And I was pretty sure Bertkerb was scum day 1 so yeah we should lynch BertKerb today guys. Not a dayvig.-

Hey can someone explain to me why people keep quoting my 646 and saying it is bad posting or not saying anything? it is wagon analysis, I do it in any game because it's much much easier than trying to haze a read in between the lines of other players' posts.
Amrun, kunkstar7 (mnemomic's replace out seemed townish and kunkstar's first post was pretty solid town - good catch up with no fluff), and maybe a light gut one on kerberos. In post 672, Bertkerberos wrote:

Alright, so since I only have three recent completed onsite games, and I was scum in two of them (and replaced out in one) I can't find any examples of myself using this particular kind of wagon analysis. However in open 480 I did a different kind of wagon analysis (I was town)
and I was right, Belisarius and Edosourist both ended up being scum.In post 752, ac1983fan wrote:

Also holy cow I didn't realize I had missed so many pages of stuff. I had an idea in my head I had been melling on:
Since we basically had four wagons, I think it's logical to think that at least one of them was on scum (since they were all stalling / also statistically speaking about 1/4th of the players will be scum anyway). In post 703, Gammagooey wrote:Votecount #17

Well, I don't have a townread on him, and although I don't have an actual-for-realsies scumread on him like I do BertKerb or Rural Juror, unless one of my townreads is wrong he would have to be the third scum, so while I would prefer lynching someone who I actually have a forrealsies scumread on, Laz as scum makes sense. In post 755, Amrun wrote:Ac, what are your thoughts on laz?Not a dayvig.-
