i initially found bj scummy just for the post in general. didn't like the tone and how it sounded like it was hinting at a scumread rather than actually being outright with it, like trying to subtly sway opinion without committing to it.

i didn't really focus on the smileys but yes they look forced in hindsight

rereading a few early pages (which were filled with player insistence on rvs btw) slightly reinforced that read and i think i'm seeing something different from ns's town meta. like... he's thinking too hard or something and not being defensive enough

I always think Sakura's scum from her tone just because the way she actually types in time with her thoughts- I mean, the hmmms and I agrees and stuff like that always strike me as scummy, and really it's just in her tone that hits all my personal scumtells and I've never been able to get around it.
