no. saying valarmoron or moronic persistently is not part of the game. I don't think you'd like very much if I called you douche-gun or similar in every votecount (I'm sorry, I'm not very original with insulting examples, think of something that could annoy ).

MS rules and guidelines, check the part where it says: "Treat every user with a basic level of respect."

Vulgar language is not the problem. It's when it's persistent and targeted that it might cause an issue. I just stepped in to avoid any potential complications (and prevent anything like this from any of the players) before they even arise.

After some deliberation (my own) and listmods I've come to the decision to modkill the player drmyshotgun for an attempt to influence the game.

I don't take this decision lightly and almost brushed it up as a joke but I'm now convinced it is the right decision. It's too easy to break the rules and exploit the benefits of it but get out of the consequences by appearing jokey.

Unfortunately, I must inform you that:

Hi, everyone.

First of all, let me add my sympathy for reck at such a terrible time.

Second, I'm going to ask the players of this game how do they feel about what I am about to do, considering the timing could make it seem untactful.

Valar (a hydra of ank and reck) was prodded twice today and failed to post in 4 days or pick up his prod (after the second time). At the time I got you the pieceofpecanpie replacement (ProHawk) I also contacted people for a possible replacement of Valar since it was only 4 hours away from 96 straight hours of complete absence.

That time passed but I wasn't online. Now I am but he has posted AFTER those 4 days run through. His circumstances are unfortunate and they will cause him to probably miss 3/4 days (which is completely understandable because RL is always more important than a game).

I think that it would be better for the game as a whole to just replace him (although theoretically the other head of the hydra could pop up, there's no evidence whatsoever that it will happen). It'll allow a currently slow game to flow a bit better if I just let the person who is eager and waiting to join in and take his place.

WCS, I can give the replaced members of Valar access to a dead qt so they can still enjoy the game if they want to.

Something positive happened yesterday. I know I should be happy. But how can I be when all I did was vanquish an enemy that I didn't even know I had?

The same fears I had, are still there. It's good to know that there's one less thing to fear but my situation hasn't exactly changed.

I still face many paradoxes and dilemmas. For one, the dilemma of choice. My limited defense funds mean I can only focus on one thing at a time and given my many options, my brain is scattered and I feel that I don't know how much of an error margin I have.

What is relevant? What should I look at if I don't know the information that will make it so? For now... I weaken... But fight.

I'll try to format things a bit better later. Sorry for the delays. I've been compensating for the sick time.

This game was quite odd. I'm glad town recovered since it seemed that the setup wasn't very supportive and the one shot cop , having to be mod-killed, was quite a blow.

I think everyone was responsible for this outcome. Scum easily got through the first stages of the game using the all too common lurky attitude within a lurky town but never picked up the pace or showed enough interest when it mattered. They could fake the sense of urgency and everyone felt the panicked bussing, in the end.

I'll hope you guys had a great time and I'll probably come back to talk more and format the results in a more readable fashion. For now, I have to go. Later.
