No a JK is best utilized when we are down to one scum and he or she jails the scum. That is when they are most powerful, same with a tracker. Because they can end up jailing or tracking someone that turns out to be town. If there is only one scum left and that person is jailed leading to a no NK that night, then is the best time for a JK to come forward. Same with the tracker. When they track someone and nothing happens and there is only one scum they can show someone is conf town.

You DO know, red that someone who is conf town is not always right on their reads, right? After all I generally run about 50% right sometimes better, sometimes worse on figuring out who the scum is.

I was scum here and we picked 1 shot cop, 2 shot vig, and IC. We stayed away from tracker and JK because they were not x shot and we felt they would be more likely to cost us the game.

Do you really think scum would pick JK over tracker? Seriously? All a tracker can do is track someone and see if they visit someone granted they may catch someone in the act of a NK, but a JK if they jail either the NK target OR the one doing the killing can prevent a death. Why do you think we took the risk of a 1 shot cop? We were most concerned about a JK.

Red in THIS game it is whether or not this scum team would choose a JK also unlimited over a tracker that is unlimited. Which is the reasoning behind Knell wanting to out the JK if there is one.

Also to be fair, a tracker tracking someone and they going nowhere is only really good after you are down to one scum and there is still a NK that night. It is kinda like JK but a bit less powerful than JK since JK also can prevent the NK as well as help when there is only one scum left.

Yep this is an open setup and starts out with 3 scum. The one I played before was crazy I tell you. The fact that we won at all was totally because of Glow completely convincing the town that she was not scum. The hydra bussed me way too hard and I had the bad luck of LS knowing me too well lol and him being the 1 shot cop. On top of that the vig instead of being someone helpful was a player who drove both town and scum insane. Both sides wanted him to be vigged but of course that did not happen lol.

Only thing I can think of is he figured he could score some points by making me conf town? Of course I and a few others burst his bubble. This was my first experience with scum Neil though. He actually knows my fiance better than me. The ploy worked for Metabot but then I was in my first game then.
