Same goes for lucky; it's mostly intuition. He leaned a little too hard on CB's "the game is moving fast sentiment." (Post 241) It felt a little weird.

I vegged out since the game started I like that you didn't overexplain your read on me though. You seem more settled down now, and more importantly not lurking.

I saw what I saw on twitter and wanted to tell a friend about it, so I wrote the message to them. Then I opened my browser, but decided I wanted to tell someone else. Have you seen the fb messenger on mobile? It sits on top of whatever you're doing. My hair was wet, and while I was copying the message, and it dripped on my phone which fucked with the touch screen and pasted the message in the textbox, at which point I accidentally hit submit.

It's a one in a million chance of happening, but it still makes more sense than the most recent conspiracy theory I've seen over it

Prod dodges aren't alignment indicative. Like I said, I know some of the reads are semi-prodding Us to post stuff of substance. Prod dodges aren't going to let towniness shine through. Useful activity will. Depending on whose hands the gun falls in later on, my meter says 85.63% chance we get "shot" eventually. Don't ask why. Well, part lack of options, part PoE, part being scummier than others as the numbers dwindle. Being town is like being bulletproof, so Ikaruga isn't happening here in terms of liabilities.

Other support does enough of prod dodges as is, and this wasn't a disguised prod dodge since the last post from Us was 2 or 3 hours ago.

Also everytime I've played with Antihero he seems rather chill. Maybe he doesn't remember playing with me???

Side note. TheIrishPope and notscience made this game so memorable the last go-around. I miss that! I remember freaking out about potentially being shot and doing dumb things. None of the past Popcorn redux versions will ever live up to my unfair expectations, but still love it! I actually haven't asked Gaiden whether he has played Popcorn before, but we agreed to join once the advertisement came out.

tl;dr goal remains to make one non-filler post before Sunday, unless Gaiden is a world beater and shocks the world. Don't ever count him out

So, what about Wanderer's idea that all players should make their own referendum?

That probably wouldn't work. Scum have an easier time ignoring the person without the gun. Although I think her point about hiding stuff in walls has merit. If you suspect someone it would make sense to have it in a separate post. It would have more impact that way.

I pledge, here and now, that I won't shoot anyone on this list should I have the gun. I encourage the others on this list to do the same. Anyone on this list can quote me on that.

Nacho seems like a strong player but his reads were made without any flips. I don't think it is good town play to not reconsider at all as the game goes on. Nachos reads seemed to change quite a lot in a couple of pages.

I think PN has started recently advocating a CB shot because maybe he thinks that will dissuade others from shooting him. However, in my mind, I'd kind of welcome PN attempting to shoot CB because it would remove an anti-town element and put the gun in good hands. That said, I'm happy with the gun in Victor's hands as well.

I would like an enomis-shot, I can get behind a Julien-shot too but I have to be honest, I didn't read up on Julien I just remember he looks scummy so call it sheeping for now, RC, not sure yet, I can see him as a scumpartner for enomis for some reason but that's mostly just gut. I'm behind a jeanne-shot and PN-shot as well, and while I'd like to find active scum first, we can't wait too long with shooting actual scum and give lurkers a free pass.

I've actually never had the gun before in a game of popcorn (well, once I was shot which lost the game for town)...and I've been a part of it in one form or fashion in every edition since Spring '13, from micros to minis.

Each gunbearer (Except MAYBE nacho) has taken ego shots, but I think all scumhunters (regardless of level of scumhunting) have to have an ego especially since all of us are wrong more often than not cos percentages. that's the only reason I think that this slot hasn't been shot. that explains all the inactives being alive.

As for von, I really think he's unreadable borderline scummy regardless of alignment here. As are WE thus far for the most part. I don't mind if von is shot if only for POE or whatever, and plus he's going to be shot for not being helpful enough sooner or later.

I really can't read Titus and have been burned many times before in past games...

I agree about HEartless being town because of how brazen the slot has been in pushing some lynch candidates as deeply as they have (even disregarding that one flipped scum), that early in the game. I think their confidence can be offputting and chalked up as sheer arrogance. all depends on the way how you slice it

as for flubber i think that slot is town right now because he has the balls to go balls over the wall and go after Heartless like this. my recollection onf flubber in a past anti game is a timid flubber scum who hardcore lurks. meta can be manipulated but i think that read is alright

there is part of US that really wants the gun badly, lol, even if WE theoretically shouldn't think that way. As the list gets narrowed down, the easier it is to focus on people. 17 plus no thanks.

feirei slot hasnt done much actually, he seems genuine on the outside, but needs more desire and passion. however he is going through a lot of stuff IRL so it's moot. he's not justifying things enough but I think that's playstyle related - I can't read him (see: Titus for not being able to read).

CB's posts are like a watered down back and forth. As in they water my eyes. Just kidding. But I am very paranoid about this slot even if his posts SEEM fine. Gaiden was posting about scumreading CB and stuff, so eh. He was right about Titus in Ikaruga and just placed votes like that, so I feel like I should trust his read as he's my hydra buddy. Question mark.

I actually think Lucky is town, because when he's scum (we've played a lot on Skype in the past) he will just vote me and tunnel me like nobody else's business. He usually instigates that and runs with it. Here he's just ignoring me. I feel confident about that actually. He doesn't even consider me as town usually.

RedCoyote is kinda an enigma. I thought the townish parts of his ISO are his interactions with Nacho and his complimentary way of interacting with Nacho (lots of respect, etc., etc.) especially when he was threatened with a shot. He played that pretty slick and cool.

haven't got a reads list ready, and this game is EXACTLY the game where there isn't that sense of urgency with no votes and all and the feeling of being pretty unelievable stupendous amazing invincible

i think Gaiden will want a hero-shot (that is what I call them in this game) on Titus. I am more paranoid of what she's capable of, and fearing she will go on and carry the scum to a win. Who else would actually shoot Empress? If the inactive or superficially scummy people keep flipping up town, then gotta go for what you believe, not what's the theoretically "consensus" shot. I don't know if it's the fact that she doesn't know who WE consist of, but realistically it's very unlike her to not be tunneling us already and pointing out how scummy we have been from the get-go. Like right from the beginning.

He does not always have the same opinion as everyone else and scum would typically want to sheep in order to not draw attention to themselves. Also while never posting a list of reads he has remained active and commented on people's reports as kind of scummy. However, he is more prone towards that pointing it out rather then just explaining his ideas. However, I have a slight town read for him and out not personally suggest killing him at this time.

What were you drinking slash what the fuck were you thinking, this kind of post makes you lose credibility IMHO. Active lurking is really frowned upon as generally scummy... I do see that you changed your mind later on, but yeah the initial townreads on us are very sketch. the type of weird commitment to a read where if you were to get shot, WE would get shot next.

I'd probably wait 2-3 days to make a shot. More would make me CRAZY. The fear of being wrong about a shot isn't there yet (it will be like an adrenaline rush trying to think about who to shoot - will be fun but stressful), until getting the gun actually becomes reality. that's why nacho and pab holding it for 2 weeks is pretty patient to say the least
