I was asked another question which I'll answer here in the thread. If the lynching of the second Mime resulted in the Mafia comprising a majority or half of the town, then the Mimes would be the only faction to win, because they would have acheived their win condition first.

Because it could be taken as a Mime softclaim, and mime would never softclaim, only scum would softclaim mime to prevent getting lynched, therefore any form of mime-claim is to be considered a scum-claim.

@Everyone, I am sorry for my lack of activity the past 48 hours. Yesterday my recruiter had me making phone calls and stapling business cards to pamphlets all day, and today we had a huge DEP-BBQ/Picnic event, and I just got home after waking up 12 hours ago for it. For future reference: This is the RARE exception to my activity, not the norm. I doubt I will have such a long absence from the thread again all game.
