It was certainly a lot of things, but luck isn't high on that list.

The cop perfectly assessed both mafia members; we knew who he was, didn't kill him.
The SK knew who I was; I knew who he was, didn't kill him (in time).

It was pisskop that marked all PR's and the SK semi-perfectly (we thought Elyse first).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not sad or anything. Again, I learned a lot. It was fun. Cheers.

Good game all thanks for modding. Hope I won't get myslinch when I call and bounce around the last two anti town roles and have the rest of town accounted for.

It wasn't just one game for the HI case, it was more that I was in the game. I place more emphasis on games I am in because I can evaluate them more closely. But your point is taken.

Obviously, I changed my read as the game went on.

the one thing i would add in/change is giving sk a chance to be II

in hindsight a worst case scenario for scums could be as follow (in this specific at least):

day 1 lynch mafia scum
sk kills other and cop checks sk
GG

games over in 2 days

Yeah, the setup that has 3 mafia + SK has a Bodyguard, a Jailkeeper and a Tracker for town

The Bodyguard only really has the cop to protect, and the cop only gets guilty from the Goon, and the serial killer since there is a Godfather. I think the wiki needs to be updated to say that the serial killer shows guilty. I clarified with Anemien, but the wiki is locked, and I told everyone who asked.

So the town power roles really don't grant too much power to town, but then the scum only have two so I think is is relatively balanced.

Did you mean Investigation Immunity by this? I've been thinking about that since this game started. I need to examin how it would affect the other Setups.

I've already told Wgeurts to reopen the Wiki.
I'm glad if you think Setup 12 is relatively balanced, because that's been one of the Setups I had doubts about.

I'm not sure what you're talking about here, but Multiballs are inevitably swingy. Players' skill matters a lot too.

I felt exposed all game due to only having 2 of us, for one. I felt that a BP SK was more than equal to 2 scumz, one with a passive power.

Multiball is bad design.

Most roles are bad, although vig, jailkeeper, mason, neighbor, innocent child, and doctor are some alright roles.

Unfortunately opens like this are as vanilla as I can find.
