To me you're conftown. Pistachio's speculation in 731 doesn't make sense.

I've struggled with wguerts, but I looked at his ISO pretty closely over the night phase and I'm confident that his fight with Fromage was TvT. Your confidence in him reinforces that.

If wguerts agrees, I think we lynch one of pistachio/kyndy today, and if that doesn't end it, the other one tomorrow.

I agree. I don't see any way on earth wguerts is scum, and you honestly deserve the win if it's you- I seriously, seriously doubt it is. I don't know why, but I have had a scum gutread on pistachi0n since D4; but I think kyndy is going to be today's lynch.

. I don't see that he's claimed a night yet. He may have gone already and not mentioned it, but as long as there's a chance that he can protect tonight, he should be alive.

Good point, however what if Pistachi0n didn't claim a night because he didn't know when he could be a lynch candidate..? So he could use that to save him? (As a scum motive)

This was made in part to remind everyone about pistachio's doc claim as a test. With the protection still a possibility and so few players left, I don't think scum would have risked losing their kill by targeting anyone but pistachio. The fact that he's alive means he's scum. I've been somewhat suspicious of wgeurts since the Fromage vote deal, but I believe this NK clears him.
