The VC not being reset had exactly zero logical connection to whether or not Grey was scum. He had no chance to post between me posting the VC and RC unvoting, and his earlier failure to vote could only logically be judged based on what he would expect me to do, not what I actually did. I set up the policy of keeping replaced players out for forty eight hours to give non-inactives a chance to replace in.
