@Mod: As much as I'm loving the nicknames, and the fact that you gave me an awesome one even before I had a chance to request one likely far inferior, they make Vote Counts harder to read. Could you use our actual usernames? Or at least have a spoilered "boring" version? VCA later on will be quite a bit simpler if I don't have to check back to the first page to remember who some people are. It may also confuse the programming of the scumputer.

Alrighty I’ll give you a spoilered boring version. I don’t think the nicknames are really that much of a stretch off people’s actual names. I feel like they’re all very easy to understand. But hey, I’m not everyone, so a boring version there will be

Talking about "not the game" is such a nervous scum habit. You're letting your buddies down with this bad play.
Unfortunately, shitposting is pretty standard fare these days, and is usually regarded as not alignment-indicative.

Where this breaks down is when someone is doing almost nothing BUT shitposting, and then you can come at them from an angle of active lurking and doing nothing productive. A lot of people will carry on parallel conversations while also scumhunting.

Speaking of, I am now on semi-V/LA through August, as the summer camp season has started. I have brand new desk space in the office, but I'm out doing fun stuff more than at my computer.
In post 134, Skygazer wrote:id like to reiterate: the worst lurking this through is absolutely scum indicative

he's usually very active as town in the early game and this is a fun and good playerlist and considering the collective skill of this playerlist and the fact that i can read him well i can absolutely see scum-him being afraid to post here
This is solid, but probably needs to be corroborated. I haven't seen TW around the site much at all the last couple of days, could be just a natural dip.

It’s really not. I’m with you in spirit on this - I prefer to keep my off topic chatter either brief or in the social threads. It is no longer axiomatic, however, that off-topic = scum. In practice you’ll find it’s not any kind of an accurate tell.

I in fact did not. We’re just getting staff training started at camp and I’m a little checked out. I’ll get serious as we get going.

Indubitably, though I much prefer the reading of tea leaves to bones. I'm oldschool like that.

Scum Kuribo likely sees DGB as their most likely threat, so they have to keep them in check.

I imagine an eventual night kill was in the works for an I told you so moment.

Gamma also lightweight pushed DGB.

Kuribo was Town, and that replace-out was Towny as shit.

Boon, chill.

Kuribo...my man...one person being suspicious of you expressly because he respects your game to think you could pull off a double- or triple-level deception isn’t a personal attack. It’s a damn compliment. I enjoyed playing with the king again, even if I was sorely tempted to game throw and ML you just to bump that 2 to a 3.

Nah, I think we were right the first time with Skygazer, who has gone silent now that the pressure’s off.

Hold up, let’s be clear - the fruit is meaningless. A scum fruit vendor and a Town fruit vendor play the same. It proves nothing but her role, and says nothing about alignment. Her *play* says Town.

You’re way too eager for PRs to solve this for you. Use your damn brain.

That exact caveat renders your whole point meaningless. We don’t know whether multitasking is in play. If it is, it’s a false positive.

Seriously, the fruit vendor is clearly a red herring

He’s wrong, and laughably so, but I think Town.

There is just no way you’re the kill. You’re too likely a mislynch target.

Nah, kill is either DGB or myself. She’s shown resilience against a serious wagon attempt, and rn no one is SRing me. Outside chance Nips or EP takes it to obfuscate things. You’re like...fifth or sixth on the hit list

Your “mechanical solve” is nothing of the kind. There’s too much unwarranted assumption and baseless setup solving.

Occam’s Razor says DGB is and did exactly what she said.

PE: Yeah I’m fucking done with this argument. Boon, you’re a good player, but you’re wrong here and whatever gimmick you’re trying won’t let you admit it.

Or there’s a scum roleblocker

Or kuribo/Egix did receive the fruit

Or a few more obscure things

However, your attacking of everyone despite insisting on the aforementioned dichotomy makes you a hazard to the game, and I am seriously considering a for-real policy vote on you.

That said, for how Towny kuribo was, Egix has indeed been super sketchy

There always used to be "multi-tasking" - did that change?
Multitasking is no longer Normal. However, at the mod's option, a PR may have multitasking as a modifier. I *think*, but would have to check, that they can also rule that the last scum is automatically multitasking, but that would need to be in the ruleset (it's not).

The presence of a multitasking modifier renders Pretentious's entire case speculative.
