I'm not sure why I seem to be the only one seeing problems with bionicchop and zombieslayer but they continue to throw up red flags for me, especially the recent post 87 which is using heaps of WIFOM to smear a newbie.

Just remember there is no reason to rush anything since there is no night phase. Town can only die by lynching incorrectly. If a train picks up speed this early, warning signs should go off. One pair voting together is not scummy, so I don't really have anything on Grimmy / OMGL, but keep your eye on which pairs start to jump on next (if they do)

@ Your grimmy FoS ... I really don't like Grimmy's coattailing of OGML's vote, so i feel this is warranted.

I see nothing wrong with either Bionic's defending Zombie or with Grimmy agreeing with my position. Any pair of lovers should be going on the offensive and defensive together in my opinion because we know each other to be innocent. Riding another player's case without adding anything of your own might be scummy in a normal situation, but riding your own partner's case isn't.

This game will not be won for town by finding 1 person who looks scummy.

When I originally voted, I was basing my vote on my opinion of both bionic and zombie up to that point. I had taken issue with earlier things they had done, and when I finally did vote, Zombie's 87 was the most recent thing from either of them that looked scummy to me, so he got the actual vote. The vote is for both of them as a team, so the fact that they're both defending the one being voted for is a null tell in my books. If they die, they die together, so there's nothing wrong with the joint defense. Everything else from them is still scummy though.

I am shocked and amazed that you guys have figured the game out within 113 posts of the game starting. You must be really good at this.

I would even be inclined to go with a no lynch on day 1 to guarantee an extra day of gathering information. With no night kill possible there is no downside for town to remain patient and thoroughly discuss everything.

Aggression is not a scum tell people. Townies should be aggressive or the game will stall. Slow paced games and deadline lynches are the scum's best friends. We should be reaching a majority and lynching somebody BEFORE the deadline, and trying to stall a wagon because its "too early" is extra scummy. No lynching in this game is just silly. We get no new information out of the night phase because nothing happens in it.

OGML (21) and Grimmy (14) have 37 posts total, I get the feeling they are both coasting on what seems to be a safe wagon on ZS and ducking content as most of those posts are short one liners.

I'm really not happy about any wagon that bionic and zombie are both settled on. I need to see what there is on panz, but I reached the conclusion a while ago that zomb/bionic are half of the scum team, so their eagerness to lynch panz is enough to convince me we shouldn't be doing it. Of course, I still think we should be lynching them instead.

In post 112, I placed my first and only vote of day one. At the time, no, I wasn't positive I was right, but I felt that zomb and bio were acting scummy, and I brought together what made me think so and explained why.

My vote never changed because as I saw it, everything they did from that point on only confirmed my suspicions.

Right after that post, dcorbe joined the zombwagon, and zombie promptly FoSed everyone voting for him for.. voting for him. That was when I became a lot more confident that I had gotten it right.

Here's the first evidence of the xtox/zor loverteam being paired with bio/zomb:

However, at this point farside has similarly questioned the zombwagon, something I'll come back to later.

Even if OGML had sound reasoning behind his accusation (which he did not), and even if the accusation was not on me, the way Grim, Dcorbe and Panzer jumped on the wagon so quickly just screams scum. To me, at least.

Never bothering to try and prove that my reasoning was in any way unsound, zombie simply states that everyone voting for him is likely to be scum. Aside from the fact that we now know thats untrue because panz and dcorbe are dead, this is a ridiculous amount of OMGUS.

OK, this thread is very long, and I have run out of time today to finish doing a detailed read (I still have to finish packing for my trip, and I'm leaving in 20 minutes for the airport), but here's my most up to date views.

I'm not longer solidly convinced that xtox/zor are scum with bio/zomb, though its still a strong possibility.

The amount which bio has relied on the fact that he says scum would never place dangerous votes on each other to cross pairs off of his list got me thinking. It really wouldn't have been that hard for scum to vote each other, even late in a bandwagon, because nobody was really about to quicklynch zombieslayer yesterday. I think there are three lover pairs who could all conceivably be partners with bio/zomb:

xtoxm/zor
adel/qman
farside/gorrad

I am however still convinced that bionic and zombie are one half of the scum team.
