For the record, my method:
Copy-paste everything to send in the PM, but don't actually send it. Have a tab open for every player, then send in the order of the playerlist.
Takes a shitload of tabs, but it guarantees that all role PMs are sent within two minutes in a way that cannot be metagamed, since there's no time delay (if there's a time delay of 2 seconds then two slots may share a role to contrast with a time delay of three minutes which means they definitely don't) and that the roles are sent not by role but by order on the playerlist (and thus people can't determine who the PRs/vts/scum are).
Now, granted.
Site rules mean that people shouldn't be able to do this metagaming--unless explicitly allowed by the mod, the listmods will likely ban anyone for getting too close to attempting this.
But just in case......
