This was indeed a short read. Awesome.

Wheter or not you agree it was a smart move, there was an explained(and rather obvious) motive for Fenix to 'lie' as you were. Just stating lynch all liars looks opportunistic here. I am more inclined to beleive town would not use that reasoning.
If you believe Fenix is scum trying to use some kind of reverse psychology I would like to read why.

VOTE: Nanook

Umm, kay.

Fenix pulled off a gambit. For the below reasons.
In post 82, Fenix wrote:
In post 74, Garuru wrote:What were you hoping to achieve with that fakeclaim?

Discussion and reactions, both of which we have now. It was pulled off quite terribly on my part. I've seen it work much better in some of the games I've read.

So, yes he did lie about being a day-vig but the lie was a gambit to generate discussion etc. rather than to save himself from a lynch or try to get somebody else lynched.
So, as town you are going to understand there is a very plausible town motovation behind said lie right?
So, while it is correct he did lie - nanook provided no Fenix-scum motovation for the lie. Just saying 'lynch all liars' to push a lynch looks like opportunism.

Hopefully that is better explained.

Because [L] asked a couple of questions. No answer.
She asked again.
And then again. (With a hint of frustration.)
And then complained about her questions not being answered.

To paraphrase someone else - 'it is annoying but it's town'
Plus now, there is also my healthy sceptism of a wagon that goes from 0--->5 in the same page.
Asking 'why am I scum?' towards a relatively unexplanied wagon means little.

Lucky for you they're the 3 most already suspected people here eh?

BTW - how many scum are in a 11 person game?

Well, I can see we're going to spend this game sniping at one another, at this rate. At least we agree on Anxiety - if we're right, and he's scum, maybe we can bury the hatchet?

Okay, so you think Fenix is scum. You think due to the post where he attempted to tie yourself and anxiety together, that he is
even more likely
to be scum.
Sooo, you are willing to give up this strong scum-read of yours in exchange for Fenix dropping his scum-read on you - provided anxiety flips scum.
Have I understand that correctly? Why does anxiety scum = fenix town?

I might be willing to take egg on the face and admit I was wrong about [L].
I still would like Nanook lynched.

So in conclusion, I guess I just plainly think that it's dumb on for either party to do so. It sure is hell isn't pro active, so I can't see why a town player would want to use it. All that is WIFOM anyways, because for all you know, Fenix could be scum trying to appear town by making such a dumb move knowing in the back of his head that others would cross it off as ignorance.

This is fine. But here's the thing - you did'nt mention that with your vote. Nor do I see this reasoning implied.
In fact

I'm inclined to think you just made up that reasoning now.
I also don't like how you think [L] is town and did'nt understand the wagon - yet said nothing.
