Roadbird: Maybe you should use some more painkillers. Voting someone for such a bad reason seems really dumb. At least IS tries to justify his vote with an explanation that he wants to hear from me. So here goes:

My defense? Well, I really haven't got much to go on. I'm a simple townie basically. The reason I'm not posting much is the fact I don't have anything serious to contribute. It's much like you guys, but I like to stay away from not so good logic, like voting for someone on the color of his text, or the fact that he drinks to much at night.

But who are the mafiascum?? Sketchwick died, and made only one post last day, and that was voting dor Hjolfret. Is that a maf retaliating, a maf trick to blame Hjolfret, or nothing serious?? I don't know for sure, but it's better then a random vote.

Cadmium: Every setup is possible . I remember a game with 5 cops, and even a game with 9 cops op various sanity's. What I wish to say is that even in Roadbirds setup there is still a townie left. So why couldn't I be that townie??

I personally believe that there are more then 3 townies. Why?? Think about there being 4 townies and three maf, and the mafia picking randomly. So the chance of picking a townie is smaller then the chance of picking a "valuable" role. But twice in a row a townie was killed. And the random first day lynch also caused the death of a townie. You see, townies everywhere.

The setup I was thinking about, is the same as yours:
2 maf
6 townie (3 left)
1 cop
1 doc

I think Roadbird's setup is a bit unbalanced.

There is a valid reason for Mentat being mafia, read postnr 71. The people who have suspicion of me, are voting just because I didn't posted much. Roadbird did so, but he unvoted me, and IS did it, but he seems to form an alliance with Mentat, who just voted for me for no reason. If you put 1 and 1 together, mentat is the best choice right now.

But seriously, if there are two mafia left, we cannot make a mistake.
I'm beginning to suspect we are having 1 maf and 9 townie, no cops or docs. This means that there's just one maf left.

I just realised that my suspicion on Hjolfret was based on Sketchwick being killed after a vote for Hjolfret. But I'm still alive, which means one of the following things:

1) He learned from his mistakes and is evil mafia scum.
2) He isn't mafia.

If I would be mafia, I would have killed Corsato, so Hjolfret would get the blaim. Of course they could have used reverse psychology on us......or reverse-reverse psychology.....ahhh, you get the point.

But I'm still feeling something for nr 1, and that's the reason I voted Hjolfret.

What to say about Hjolfret's defense?
He has point that killing someone who votes for you would be a really stupid mafia technique. But again it's so stupid that it actually might work.

His point that IS is suspicious because he's still alive, is really stupid. People get lynched for that sort of behaviour. (go ask sketchwick). And why didn't you come forward with that information earlier??

Conclusion: Hjolfret defense didn't make him more OR less suspicious IMHO. So what to do??? I'll check again in the morning to see what you guys come up with.

Nop, no grand ideas. The problem is that if there are two mafia, we have to lynch one today, or we'll lost. If there's only one, we can lynch another townie (we seem to be good at that) today, and finish it of tomorrow.

Now I'm confirmed. If you protected IS (and thus believed in his innocence) WHY THE HELL DID YOU VOTE FOR HIM WITH THE CHANCE OF GETTING HIM LYCNHED??

1) You know he's innocent because you are mafia. You deserve to die.
2) You are a doctor, protecting a mafia. You deserve to die.

Seems like a win-win situation.

Antrax: Thanks for modding this game, it was a nice setup.

Jeep: I might have believed you if you had came out earlier, but in the last round I believed in the whole nine townies one maf setup.
Your actions as a doc were very strange. You accuse IS of being maf by voting for him, and after that you claim to have protected him. I found that weird.

I made up my mind after reading all the info (5 pages, very short game), and went after me. I could have chanced my vote to IS, but I thought I would never forgive myself if Jeep turned out to be maf.

I don't know what to think about the confirm-votes. It gives the accused some time to defend himself, that's positive. On the other side its really boring to wait for a defense after you come to the conclusion to lynch someone. So ithas two sides really.
