You make two posts that are critical of players who don't add much to the game without adding anything yourself, and then accuse me of vote hopping when I'm clearly joking around most of the time. If you eliminate the jokes I'd only had one hop before this vote. Also, vote hopping when there isn't anything going on isn't a scumtell.

I'm at least trying to provide content. An argument between two players is content, believe it or not. It gives something to get a read on later in the game.

Currently, Jack and Twito are high on my list of scum. The latter for lack of content in most of his posts and way too much joking, and the former for being very defensive when I commented on him earlier.
