Well since you asked a quick read through the first part makes me look at the following.

UberKang quickly moved Formerfish to L-2 which seems questionable to me.
Elyse defended putting someone at L-2 possibly L-1 trying to say that Buffy V. Dracula agreed with her in post #39 when Buffy V. Dracula says he was Just Kidding in Post #28.
Kid A appeared to want to put Formerfish at L-1 which seems very questionable to me with no more information then what we have.

So at this point UberKang seems kinda questionable but I can see what he was attempting to do by putting pressure on FormerFish
Elyse seems very questionable in potentially trying to ramrod a early lynch by stating others agree with the lynch when that was not the case.
Kid A seems very questionable in potentially trying to push for a quick lynch without much to go on.

At this point UberKang is leaning town for me and Elyse and KidA seem to be leaning toward Scum I'm going to give this a bit more of a read though to see if I pick up anything else that I missed.

I also do see the concern about ASP, and am not opposed to a lynch on the spot (Buffy might feel differently). I don't think his posts makes sense as either alignment, especially his #171 is just ...I just don't get it. secondly why would i bus my role cop so easily and why wouldnt i have switched to ff when i had a) expressed that i thought they were scum and b) the lynch was becoming viable in place of ASPs wagon. ASPs case on me was manufactured and didnt really make sense (much like your case on me) so I thought it was a scummy reaction to the pressure he was under. we totally could have done the ff lynch d1 if i'd supported it but i wanted to lynch the person i was more sure of as scum and have more time to develop reads on my secondary suspects (bvd and ff)
