I've fretted over Agar's vote on CoolDog for awhile, and I've decided that it's not likely to be a bus. Agar hadn't said anything about CoolDog up to that point and he was scum reading Aegor. After Aegor voted CD, Agar complemented the vote and pushed CoolDog as scum. As scum it would have been really easy for Aegor to refuse to vote for CoolDog, since his scum read Aegor jumped on the wagon and he wasn't locked in to any particular stance on CoolDog at the point. Agar was the fourth vote on CD, and he could have also voted for undo, a scum read of his, and been third on the wagon.

I also think that AGar's refusal to take part in Nati's bloc looks townish.

What you are describing isn't something that I think is scummy - it's the player directly interacting with the reasons for someone's vote, rather than using the vote an an excuse to take potshots at another player, when they should be fine with the vote. That's not what Absta did.
