After 228 peaceful days aboard the Uninational Space Station, lasers were heard (insert laser sound)-ing down the halls. Everyone came running to the source of the shots only to find the Captain with several holes in his body. Dead. From all the shots.

It seems as though there are some traitors aboard the Space Station! With weeks before the closest ship can reach the Space Station to lend help, the remaining crew members decide it is up to them to find and kill the mafia before any more deaths (other than the mafia's) occur.

This is only a game. So play fair, be nice and have fun.

The game is divided into two phases: Day and Night. During the Day Phase, every player who is alive can post in this thread. Players can also vote during the day. The first player to receive a simple majority of the votes (n/2 +1) will be lynched. Everyone (including the soon-to-be-lynched player) can still talk during Twilight (the time between a majority of votes being reached and the time I post the death scene). After a player has been killed and their role has been revealed, the game moves into the Night Phase which will last for 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. The thread will be locked so no one can post in here during the Night Phase....except me. The mafia can talk during the Night Phase, but only in their quicktopic. (Be forewarned....at the end of the game I will link access to the quicktopic, so post in the quicktopic as if it were for all to see. Because it will be. Eventually.) The Mafia may also use their quicktopic during the confirmation stage at the beginning of the game.
Players with night actions must PM their choices to me within the 48 hour Night Phase. If you have a night action and decide not to use it, please PM me so I know. At the end of the Night Phase I will reveal the consequence of the night actions and the Game will move into Day again.

To vote, you must type "" in bold. If you change your vote during the same Day you must "" first. If a majority of the players "" the game will move into Night with no deaths.

Dead players are allowed one "Bah" post with no game-related material.

You are expected to post at least once every 48 hours. Please PM me or post in thread if you will be V/LA (vacation/limited access) for more than two days. If you have not posted for more than 48 hours I will send you a prod. If you do not respond to the prod within 24 hours I will replace you. Three prods in one "in game" Day and I will replace you.

No discussion of this game is allowed outside this thread with exception of the mafia. There is no discussion of any other game still in progress allowed in this thread. These are both Mod-killable offenses.

Washington is pretty cloudy and gray during the winter, so bring some Prozac. But in general it is a wonderful place ranging from rainforests to Starbucks to deserts. Everett.....not so much. Just kidding. Everett is alright. But it's a 30 minute drive from Seattle, which is a much better city. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
