It's not about the rightness of the reads though, I'm perfectly fine with people having misread Luna. The only person I fault for having incorrect reads is myself.
What I'm not so fine with is people giving me shit for scumreading someone when I ended up being right about it, and then giving me shit for being wrong about Ankamius.
The hypocrisy is amazing.- Fro99er

But yeah. Deserved win for scum. I had fun while I was alive. Excellent modding.
But I think I'm just not into this mafia game anymore. It brings out the worst in people, and as a pacifist it always makes me feel like shit. Why would I continue playing something that always makes me feel like shit?"I officially announce Fro99er the king of guilties because this is the second time he has guiltied a slot I was really unsure about.

I mean, do people understand that my forcing a 1v1 is optimal play on LyLo?
While my reads were essentially ignored I was generally townread and by forcing a fight like that I make the lynch a 50/50 instead of a 42/58 because of the way LyLo dynamics work. In the end I was wrong and lost us the game, but I did it based on mathematically sound play.
Scum played well, deserved the win, etc. I don't mean to be a sore loser or discredit anyone based purely on their play at all; but I dislike the way two players conducted themselves and it led to me conducting myself in a similar manner, and if you want me to share more there's a lot better ways to do it than to tell me that I'm responsible for not changing your mind.- Fro99er

RC just don't take it so personal. I had zero problem with your play. None.
Just the attitude after (you're not the only one, this is not an attack on you)."I officially announce Fro99er the king of guilties because this is the second time he has guiltied a slot I was really unsure about.

If you feel bad playing, don't play.
I used to get really stressed out playing, especially when people would be all "Bins you're so useless!" when I was genuinely trying super hard. I learned that this game is to HAVE FUN. And if I'm wrong, meh. And if anyone yells at me for being wrong, that's their problem. I'm definitely a more relaxed player, but you get people who go really hard in game. But then again, lots of people who are super aggressive and "attack" play style in game do not bring that outside of the game.
That said, I definitely try to avoid people who take the game TOO SERIOUSLY. I'm all for trying your hardest and really wanting to win, but if you're going to insult someone you're not worth my time and energy to play a damn game with.- Fro99er

I can understand where the attitude came from, and other people contributed to it comin out. I get that.
I just wish people could take a step back sometimes. Ever since refraction I learned that's what I need to do."I officially announce Fro99er the king of guilties because this is the second time he has guiltied a slot I was really unsure about.

like, it's one thing to be like "i made a case and people didnt listen to me, and that is frustrating" another thing to be like "oh man i knew luna was scum but nobody listened to me even though i gave no reasoning and let scum drive the game instead! weeeeee"
im not mad at people for not lynching luna.
i am mad at the general lack of engagement from 60% of town this game.- RadiantCowbells

im mad at you for not talking to me when i tried to talk to you d2.
i really hate it when people think theyre above actually playing the game.
if youd actually engaged me and made me feel like you were town i might have been more comfortable pushing luna with you and this would have been a totally different game.
its frustrating when people just ignore that kind of shit.- RadiantCowbells

by the end of there, yes.
i didnt trust how quiet you were being and how little you were trying to drive the game.
you dropping a naked vote and leaving irked me and i wanted you to explain. i admittedly could have been more direct about it, but i think its pretty clear that i wanted you to explain yourself.- RadiantCowbells

I didn't claim to be a victim, I said that my behaviour was what it was in a large part because of external factors. And that was after the exchange with Ankamius which was really the thing that pissed me off because I felt like he was preemptively blaming me for not changing his mind like he knew I was right.
I definitely agree that my behaviour wasn't it's best and that even with the information I had at the time there was a lot I should have done differently, but I also feel the need to point out that there's reasons behind me reacting like I did besides RC being mad because no one followed his luna vote.
RC, the fact that your entire argument basically hinges on you being right on Luna should really show how bad an argument it is.
Does it? I'm pretty sure my response to Ankamius holds water regardless of my being wrong or right.- Gorkington
