Town did have really bad reads though.

Couldn't stop groupthink tunneling other townies, and it didn't help that Camn who was scum was leading the groupthink wagons.

No not really. I stand by my hammer D1 100%. Too many players needing death that were distracting from actual scum-hunting early on.

I should have never given camn a wagon at L1, especially when I knew her to be confirmed scum. That was a horrendous misplay. My view was that GF was not fake-claiming tracker, which for some reason was my main concern at the time. I also knew that the Deputy flip was a red-herring, since there was no way there could be a cop in this setup. From my point of view, I knew there were 3 neighbours, a miller, a JK, and a SK. I did not care about camn's role, and GF's role as town made a lot of sense in this setup.

I should have given Aristo the chance to claim regardless how badly I thought that slot was scum as well along with camn.

I suppose the lesson here is that there is more satisfaction in catching and lynching a friend as scum, than the possible shame of mislynching them and losing to others who you would rather not lose to.

Any advice for improving?
I think I played an alright game, I fought for my innos but didn't claim. If we hadn't quicklynched D2 and D3 we might have had this!
I'm not shifting blame. O want to know what I could have done to prevent this though.

Also, that's how I "PoE'd" my reads.
I couldn't think of a better way to put it.
It was meant to flag town towards my innos if I got NK'd or quicklynched.

You should have outright claimed the inno on Thur. You should NEVER withhold innocent results if they are in danger of being lynched, there's more to investigative roles than just catching scum.

But yes, the game may have ended differently if I didn't make the mistake of voting you that quickly instead of sitting on it.

And had we not had a fucking quicklynch we could have gone into today with potentially 2 innos and a caught scum.
That's a surefire win.

We could've had 7 alive with 3 confirmed. Remaining lynchpool would have been {Zulfy, Kats, camn, GF}, of which zulfy was town. For me it would've confirmed camn and GF as scum but for you guys it still would have put town in a position that was impossible to lose as we had an extra lynch remaining.

ALWAYS CLAIM if an innocent of yours is close to getting lynched. It is the most pro-town thing to claim earlier than later as it saves town from wasting time. There was no point in withholding information, the way you danced around made you seem incredibly scummy.

It was not a lolhammer. I did not want to have to deal with trying to figure your slot out deep into the game.

That is not a reason to simply discard 90% of day 1. Plus even if you didn't get lynched for it, that quickhammer threw off several people's reads (including mine; I didn't start looking at Camn as potential scum until Day 3 when it was too late for me).

When there is a player who I feel is likely to be scum and detrimental to town at best, I will hammer every time unless they are a PR.
