Fakeclaiming masons would have been incredibly risky in this setup unless you were sure that town didn't have any (and I don't see any way for scum to get that information in a setup that even approximately resembles this one). There isn't enough room in the setup to have two mason pairs, and one member of the town pair could counterclaim both members of the scum pair, leading to a very bad trade for scum.

Also I wanted to mention that I've nominated the town from this game for Kodak moment because I think you guys deserve some sort of recognition for this game and there's no best town performance award anymore. Kudos.
