nancy rounds the corner to Mini's place. The street is in a state of relative quiet, and she begins to hurry with impatience. When she reaches the apartment door, she suddenly becomes aware that she no longer has her clutch with her. She checks herself in confusion for a moment and unpacks the carrybag full of chocolate before sighing with the realization that she must have left it back at Venchi.
