Riiiiiiight.

At any rate, I think we'd not do well to try and outguess the mod. (This is mainly about Jediknight's post about the boys not being bad. I've been in a few games now where the supposed 'good guys' were baddies, and even some where the 'good guys' and 'bad guys' are mixed.

Who haven't we heard from? That can't be everyone...

Unvote Jediknight

Vote Popsiclestix

That was pretty lame. Either he's lying low, or he's just not interested in playing this one, I take it.

My vote is not staying on him because he is useless. My vote, personally, is staying right there because he seems scummy to me. He keeps posting to say he's sorry for not posting, but still doesn't actually say anything. To me this is highly suspicious. Yes, it could be that he just isn't interested, but I think it makes more sense to assume that he is acting oddly, because the game isn't far enough along for someone to think, "Oops, this isn't the cool game I thought it'd be, I'm dropping out." He signed up for it, why lose interest that fast?

Hmmm, I think I believe bloojay over IS at this point. I will hold off on voting him until he returns and has a chance to defend some more, but I definitely think he's been acting oddly (though I've never played with IS before, and have no clue how he normally acts).

Talitha I'm a little wary of too, actually. She seemed to really want to distance herself from IS when it was pointed out how he's sucking up to her. (I had noticed that the first day and assumed they were gf/bf or something).

I'm not too sure what to think about Gnome, I haven't seen anything particularly suspicious in his posts and the evidence against him is circumstantial..I think he seems less suspicious than the others I'm listing here, though. (IE-If not for the alleged block and no kill, I'd not have thought him suspicious on my own. I'm not too sure I believe the block bit).

Though...I'm not too sure that Kenny is a good guy. He seemed a bit coy about his role, almost teasing that he was not just a regular townie, and I think he knew he would live through the lynch and purposely held the info back and caused us to waste a lynch. :? That is definitely not pro-town.

This is my suspicion list, not necessarily in order of suspicion, though. As it stands right now, I think the best thing is to resolve the cop insane/sane issue first, since there is a definite contradiction there. Right now my bet goes on IS.

Hmmmm... right. So....IS basically just said, "Look, I *tried* to drop you guys this hint. See, I'm not bad. I can't be. <flutter>"

Unvote; Vote IS

Geesh, what to do, what to do? I'll
Unvote IS and Vote Bloojay
, based on the fact that his night actions have changed YET AGAIN...What's that? 3 times now? So first you said you healed both nights...then that you investigated night 1 and healed night 2....and now that you've not healed anyone at all, one was an investigate and one was a protect?

I don't buy it.

My only concern here is that Bloojay doesn't seem that careless a player, and I have to wonder if he isn't some sort of lynching trap that will blow up in our faces, since he's being quite obviously scummy-like.

I er...knew that...just wasn't thinking last night...oh my...

He still contradicted himself...but I guess not as many times as I thought...

Vote stays for now...though may switch back any time really..

Could we get a vote count?

IS, why do you just come across to me as more and more scummy with each new post?

I'm wondering why people think that someone who is a townie is going to be more likely to make a mistake about what action they took at night than a baddie who is making the whole thing up...I highly suspect the ones who are peddling this (Talitha and jediknight). Unless I've missed something (which is possible, mind you!) this is the most backward theory I've heard in a while. If he's mafia and lying about it it makes it much easier for him to screw up. How on earth would you forget what type of result you got? The answer: you didn't really get it. :D

Vote stays.

Talitha wrote:So you really believe that bloojay went to all that trouble to concoct such an elaborate roleclaim... and then
forgot his made up night results
?

Uhhmm, I don't think that's likely, sorry.
So, you really believe that he actually
did receive them and forgot his actual results?

Oh, and if you think about it, it's a damned good roleclaim for scum to make up. It ensures him that he is regarded as very valuable by the town, but also makes sure that the doc, cop and blocker can't all jump up and go, "Hey, I'm the doc/cop/blocker!" because he can always say he isn't a full one, and is incompetent due to his randomness.

I am impressed actually. That was a mighty fine roleclaim. ;) Very well executed.

Hmmm...so why is that not likely? If he made up a random night action role and made up his results for both nights, he's more likely to slip up than if he actually got the results from the mod. How does it become easier to stick to a lie?

I can see what you're saying, Talitha. It would be a little hard to forget which results you made up if you were scum, but now try and see what I'm saying:

Imagine you have a role like that where you are randomly given your role back each night. Now imagine that N1 you picked Popsiclestix and it investigated him, you were sent results back from the mod that he was an innocent player. Now tell me how easy it is for him to
forget that he knows a player is innocent.
(1)

I just can't picture being told that a player was innocent from my own investigating of them and totally forget that I knew it. That is an extremely important bit of info.

(1) Depending, of course, on how sane he is as a cop.

Good job, town. Sorry this took me so long and even now I don't have time to post much, but the last few days...grrrr....anyhow. Congrats Talitha! Really it was all you. I didn't think anyone suspected me when we went to twilight last night.

Good game, guys. ;)
