The mafia used it at the right time to give town 0 chance to adapt to it being used and managed to cause a chain reaction of daykill > scum dictated lynch > nightkill that resulted in a win.

Okay let me spell this out for everyone. Any point that goes like
‘You should tr me because I fit my meta/tone etc.’ Is awful and should never be a factor in any kind of read. A) This is a stupidly easy thing for scum to use as an excuse B) People always view themselves as more ‘obvious’ than others. You can think you’re playing the greatest obvious town game of your life and people can still scumread you. That doesn’t make someone scum, you’re just not self aware.

I agree it’s unwise to take someone at their word for self meta but I at the very least try to be genuinely critical of myself. Keep in mind I may end up judging myself more harshly because of this.

I agree with the bolded. However, I feel Alacrity is more likely to be scum not wanting to mess up the flow rather than anything here. I feel Datisi is town for the same reason Gobble is.

Gamma feels a bit pocketing and gotcha with the rule of 3 analysis. I wouldn't rule out Gamma Maria based on the overreaction, just not my favorite pairing.

Both of my teammates disagreed but then ended up doing exactly what I suggested just without the planning. It was all sorts of awkward.

Bussing because of actual beef is one of the most effective distancing techniques. I had it happen in a Coalition game and it was probably the thing that best helped my mafia team win. In the moment however it can be a scary proposition.
