I agree that bussing is very suboptimal for scum on D1 - but considering how elements basically awoled out of the game and then beeboy also awoled - I can see a scum putting a distancing vote on and then not being able to dis-engage as the slot gave them no plausible way to disengage.

Remember in a genocide only scenario the Chara flips if we miss d1 so it's not unreasonable for the chara to place a distancing vote.

That's one reason why I don't like redtea - he really only has scum-equity and minimal chara equity as if he was chara and he managed to move the votes away from Ele - his flip would really seal Ele's fate on the 2nd day.

I thought Tayl0r was town for this. I was Ele's very viable and equally matched counterwagon, and she just stated a "probably town" read on me and switched off me, suddenly cutting the avenue to even revote me later if needed to save Ele. It's incredibly unwise as scum, and can only really be explained if scum!Tayl0r was so disconnected from the thread that she somehow thought Chara was a viable wagon - which it absolutely was not, considering one of the votes was an RVS one.

I scrolled back from this point in time and found this VC:

reading beeboy ISO it feels like he kind of gave up and was ok with being lynched and distancing off TSwift as a kind of final gift to the bad guys. Don't think his vote was a serious bus vote since TSwift wasn't really in danger at that point as far as I remember?

which is pretty meh. I think from conversing wuithem chara feels town, both the little thing we had earlie and the way they had that read of taylor, I disagree with them, explain my reasoning, and they went back and re-evaluated. Everyone in the null list I could take a guess on one way or the other if I really had to but don't feel strongly there on any.

Pooky, I'm curious as to some stances from you. You've been cautious about the Krazy wagon and seem to be conflicted-heart says yes, mind says no, here are some bad things about Taylor. Bits and pieces of your other reads might be found elsewhere but a collection/overview of where you're at with the game overall.

You haven't voted, so I'm wondering if that is all trying to figure out Krazy v. Taylor, or if there's some other reason you're waiting/other party you're looking at.

I liked redtea at beginning of the day - I've been susp of his slot from D1 - however the lack of resistance to the wagon felt off to me.

After I re-read catboi's ISO I think the NK would fit more with redtea being town than scum and taylor being scum so now I'm leaning the other way. I don't really see why redtea-scum shoots catboi when catboi is one of the few people who are town-reading him and then are more lock-town players in the game who pushed elements harder.

I have a massive amount of respect for MT/Hectic and their insistence that redtea is the clear and obv choice is making my conviction waver about what I think about redtea being scum.

So it seems like Tayl0r's go-to approach here is to basically soft-distance buddies while playing nominally a bit wolfy, she doesn't vote either buddy in that game. So there's some minor differences but I can see this at least being in tayl0r's scumrange and I'm not seeing things here that would make her hard town, but I guess it's not immediately jumping out at me without more familiarity with Noir what Pooky is seeing as strongly scum-indicative. What is boosting your confidence in particular here Pook?

It's not boosting my confidence - if anything it's kind of lowering my belief in Taylor!scum - the tonality feels completely different between the two games - she is a lot more confident and assertive in Noir while here she is just kind of waffling and feels somewhat directionless.
