Against the backdrop of the infinity that is space, the battleship
Righteous Fury
hangs in the air, slowly orbiting the planet Tareanus VI. Resembling nothing more than a several kilometre-long cathedral, its corridoors are walked by quietly humming servitors preparing the ship for the powerful figures of authority soon to arrive. In the control chambers, chanting Tech-adepts perform the rituals needed constantly needed to control the gargantuan ship.
It is upon this ship that twelve figures have arrived to discuss the future of the Imperium. However, as always in the 41st millenium, all is not what it seems...

Mastermind of Sin strode down the hallways of the grand battleship, his armoured feet echoing off the metal floors. He glared around himself threateningly... something wasn't right, there was someone else coming...
He unholstered his plasma pistol and flicked the button that would charge up the weapon, ready for the figure who was approaching.
A gargantuan, humanoid figure loomed over him, its weapons humming. Wasting no time, he dove to the side, firing off a volley of charged plasma at the behemoth, the weapon having no effect on it. He took cover behind a couple of crates, before realizing what they contained...
A wave of white-hot energy impacted with the ammunition crates, causing an explosion that rocked the ship.
Mastermind of Sin, Commander Azrael, has been blown up.

Meanwhile, Flying Dutchman looked around the shuttle that was carrying him onto the battleship, inspecting it. Normally he would be surrounded by a full Honour Guard, but he had ordered this overridden for this special event. He would have to do this alone, this time...
A hissing sound outside, followed by a dull thud, indicated that the shuttle had docked with the
Righteous Fury
. He stepped up to the door that would lead onto the ship, and pressed the button that would slide open the door.
It obliged, revealing a large hulking figure barely capable of fitting through it. With an oath, Flying Dutchman leapt backwards, trying to draw his weapon, but his foe was surprisingly quick for his size. The figure pursued him as he backpeddalled, swinging wildly at him. A thud alerted him to the fact that he'd run out of space, his only resort being to try and draw his weapon...
But he was too slow. A massive claw grasped him by the chest and squeezed, crushing his internal organs. He collapsed to the ground, as the figure proceeded to mutilate him further...
A short time later, when his assailant had left, he held just enough conciousness to notice another pair of armoured boots stood next to him. A throaty laugh filled the shuttle, before one of those boots was pulled back and slammed into his head, snapping his neck.
Flying Dutchman, Marneus Calgar, has been mutilated horribly.
"Damnit!" inHimshallibe slammed a hand down on the table. "He's talking stupidity!"
Mathcam leaned back in his massive chair, one of twelve that surrounded the table. "He very well could've been responsible for at least one of last night's misfortunes," he mused.
"Look. You can see who I am!" JDTAY stepped into the light, his Cadian uniform becoming clear and the light glinting off his Imperial insignia. But his face became even more concerned when the assorted figures failed to appear convinced. "You-"
"Chaos has a thousand faces," commented PBuG. "And no man is immune to its... seductiveness."
A few subtle glances across the room were exchanged... then, wordlessly, Aelyn and PookyTheMagicalBear stood and walked over to JDTAY. Seeing this, he began to stand, but each shoulder was roughly grabbed and he was forced into a kneeling position in front of his chair.
"If you are innocent... then death will hold no fear for you, for you can be with the Emperor. But if you are a traitor..." PookyTheMagicalBear pulled out a pistol from his hip and pressed it to JDTAY's head, "You will find neither rest nor absolution in death. Now... you can find out which you really are."
A single explosion echoed in the room, and JDTAY's lifeless body slumped forward, falling to the ground.
JDTAY, Lord Castellan Ursarkar E. Creed, has been executed.

PookyTheMagicalBear rested in his room, listening to a recording of the day's conversation with a look of intense concentration. Occasionally, he'd glance up, inspecting the progress of the servitors who were doing maintenance on his massive Throne, a dreadnought that had been requisitioned and modified for his purposes.
With a sudden thundering noise, the door to his room was blasted open. He started up, heading for the Throne and the weapons systems within, but the figure who strode in the door blocked his path. He backpedalled, looking for any way of defeating this opponent, but he ran out of space. The intruder strode up to him, backed into a corner, and with a contemptuous swing of his eerily whispering sword took his head from his shoulders. The figure then left quickly, only pausing to run the sword through the middle of the Throne.
PookyTheMagicalBear, Inquisitor Lord Karamazov, has been decapitated.

So, SinisterOverlord, what's your policy concerning votes and deadlines?
If there is one or more players with half the neccesary votes to lynch at the deadline, the player with the most votes is lynched. Otherwise, there will be no lynch. If two or more players have the same number of votes (and have half or more the neccesary votes to lynch), the player who reached that number first will be lynched.
Also, just a reminder that this deadline isn't final - if discussion picks up just a little more, I'll remove it.
"We must be alert!" kleimar said, urgently, leaning forward. "I, for one, have found out that Ghazghkull Thraka is among us!"
The various figures murmured amongst themselves. "How?" mathcam posed the question.
"Last night... I was trying to pursue someone, but I was attacked by him. He's trying to kill all of us... but he merely engaged me in a fight the whole time... yet, I came here to look for him..."
"What?" questioned Maximumum. "Make up your mind... you're saying a lot of things, many contradictory."
"I don't like this. This doesn't add up," warpdragon murmurred sideways to Aelyn, who nodded simply.
"Alright. I've heard enough," growled inHimshallibe. Standing, he strode over to kleimar, pulling a knife. Kleimar raised a hand to try and stop him, but moving swiftly, inHimshallibe slit his throat, not one person present rising to protect kleimar. His body slumped forwards onto the table, the cap decorated with the imperial insignia sliding off his head...

Warpdragon was content. He smiled, insidiously, mentally reviewing the events of the day as he walked to the arranged meeting room. Things were all going to plan thus far... the imperial numbers were dwindling, with minimal resistance so far. The only concern was the mention of the Ork...
As if summoned by his thoughts, a green-skinned behemoth leapt out of a concealed doorway, barreling into the Chaos champion. Both fell to the floor, sliding through the empty room oppsite. With a shove, warpdragon pushed himself up and drew the daemon sword, Drach'nyen. He chuckled, the hiss filling the room. Here was an opportunity to end his only real opposition, right in his lap...
The Ork had risen, and charged in once more, yelling incoherently. Warpdragon swung at the oncoming figure, but his opponent caught the blade in his power klaw. Grinning, he brought the Talon of Horus around, and grabbed the greenskin by the neck. The assailant ceased moving, realizing the danger he was in. "Foolish brute," warpdragon hissed.
Suddenly, there was a massive, blasting sound. In his arrogance, the Despoiler had failed to account for his opponent's kustom shoota arm. Before he could realize his mistake, the greenskin had unloaded dozens of rounds into warpdragon's body, completely anniahlating his torso. With contempt, he spat on the gore covering the wall, before turning to leave.
warpdragon, Abbadon the Despoiler, has been shoota'd up good.

Meanwhile, mathcam quietly sat in his room. Runic ornaments decorating the walls, he sat in a meditative pose, focusing his sight. He could see clearly... he could see their path, what would happen...
But something was wrong. The doorway they were walking through looked familiar... and his vision, it was darkening... he could see less, and less...
Suddenly, the implication of that hit him. His eyes snapped open, to reveal the same figure he'd been watching, grinning and looking down at him. He had just time enough to raise an arm defensively before the figure brought down a huge chainaxe, severing him in two.
"I know!" yelled inHimshallibe, at Aelyn. "You've been talking with someone else... probably the Despoiler! You traitorous filth..." Maximumum simply nodded, his fingers together.
Aelyn shook his head. "You're trying to undermine me? You're lying..."
The_Machine86 growled. "I agree."
"Me too," EnPaceRequiescat chipped in. Aelyn and EnPaceRequiescat began to rise from their seats, to deal with this...
Not one to wait for death to come to him, inHimshallibe jumped up and leapt at EnPaceRequiescat. However, his move was not unexpected, as he brought a long staff up, driving it into his head, instantly snapping his neck. The two would-be executors sat again, not needing to do anything further.

The delegates had barely left the room before there was a loud crash. Maximumum hurried to where it came from, to see what was happening. He burst through the door, to find The_Machine86 and Aelyn locked in a deathly struggle. Aelyn's chainaxe was being barely held at bay by the massive power klaw, the weapons vibrating from the inhuman strength being forced into them.
Maximumum gaped, stunned by the display, barely able to flee as the power klaw managed to crush the head of the fearsome Khornate weapon. Not hesitating, The_Machine86 swung, the sheer bulk of the weapon crushing the Chaos champion's skull. The greenskin stood, turning to focus on Maximumum, who took a step back...
And bumped into a figure behind him, he hadn't noticed. EnPaceRequiescat smirked within his helm, raising his staff.
A wave of ghastly energy pulsed from it, lancing straight through The_Machine86, and impacting with the wall behind him, which twisted and mutated eerily. He looked downwards at Maximumum, cowering below him in terror.
He lay his left hand on the Tau's head, almost gently. Wide eyed, Maximumum could do nothing as his body started warping and fluctuating, becoming a mass of constantly changing flesh, tentacles, horns, and the Emperor knows what else. EnPaceRequiescat turned to head for the bridge, and with a eldritch wail, Maximumum could do nothing else but follow.
Slowly, the
Righteous Fury
turned, breaking orbit. If you were close enough to the hull, you would be able to notice it starting to change...
Aelyn, Kharn the Betrayer, has been crushed.
The_Machine86, Ghazghkull Thraka, has been lanced
Maximumum, Commander O'Shovah, has been turned into a Chaos Spawn.

inHimshallibe - You are the Wolf Lord, Logan Grimnar.
The Space Wolves are one of the most widely known and feared of the Space Marine Legions. Like their animal namesake, they are immensely proud and capable warriors, and as their leader, you are a fierce hunter of the enemies of the Imperium. When the discussion is not taking place, you can pursue one of the other participants, in order to discover what they do away from the scrutiny of the rest of the council.
Mastermind of Sin - You are Commander Azrael, Grand Master of the Dark Angels.
The Dark Angels are renowned for their zeal in hunting down the traitors against the Imperium. To atone for the loss of half their number to Chaos ages ago, they relentlessly search for those who carry the taint of Chaos. Thus, whenever the talks are not taking place, you can investigate any of the individuals to determine their true motives.
Private notes: Will always recieve the result of an enemy on investigations.
Flying Dutchman - You are Marneus Calgar, Master of the Ultramarines.
The Ultramarines are one of the original Space Marine Legions. It was their Primarch, Robute Gulliman, who wrote the Codex that forms the cornerstone of Space Marine doctrine. So, it is fitting that you, their current leader, are present at such a significant event to represent the interests of the Ultramarines.
JDTAY - You are the Lord Castellan, Ursakar E. Creed.
The Eye of Terror is a gaping maw in reality, a hole into the Realm of Chaos, from which the Chaos forces make their attacks against the Imperium. However, due to the unstable nature of it, there is only one safe route out of the Eye of Terror: the Cadian Gate, of which you are the supreme commander. For years you have been in charge of the defence against the single greatest threat to Humanity, so you deserve a voice in this important conference.

The Commissars are without exception ruthless, feared men responsible for inspiring troops with faith in the Emperor - and executing those who show signs of cowardice. You, in particular, are the most famed of them - for you managed to save the world of Armageddon from the Orks on two seperate occasions. Refusing to rest, you have devoted your life to hunting down the leader of the Orks, Ghazghkull. So, whenever you have time to yourself, you can spend it investigating one of the individuals present.

For the most part, humans are ignorant, short-sighted, and petty. Yet, regrettably, the empire they have established is the strongest thing standing between the Eldar race and destruction. As one of the Farseer, you have the power to predict the future to some extent, and it is clear that your only hope of survival lies with making sure this supposedly 'secret' council goes smoothly. So, to that end, you have been forced to masquerade as one of those humans and attend this council. When you have a moment to yourself, you're able to focus your attention on any one of the members, and if any ill-timed harm should look like coming to them, you can step in and prevent it.

The Tau are a young race, rapidly expanding on the borders of the Imperium with technology already in excess of what most other races posses. Where the humans are closed minded and xenophobic, the Tau are prepared to embrace many ideas and cultures for the benefit of the 'Greater Good'. As the leader of the Farsight enclaves, when information reached you about a secret council, you decided that it would be to the benefit of the Tau if it went smoothly - better the enemy you know, than the enemy you don't.
PookyTheMagicalBear - You are Inquisitor Lord Karamazov.
Inside the Imperium, where anything of significance is veiled in secrecy and intrigue, the Inquisition is the most mysterious and shadowy organization. Its members are the Inquisitors, individuals bestowed with enormous power in order to destroy the foes of the Imperium, from wherever they come. You are one of the foremost members of the Ordo Hereticus, devoted to hunting down the enemies within the Imperium. You are not known for your forgiveness or lenience, and so at the slightest trace of heresy you are prepared to execute anyone. So, as long as you didn't in the previous break of discussion, you can find one of the members of the discussion and purge them.

If you duz this till they'z all dead, den dey be even easier to crush wiv da next Waaaaagh!!!!

warpdragon - You are Abaddon the Despoiler.
The laughable leaders of the Imperium have decided to gather in one place to discuss how to defeat you. Obviously, this presents a prime opportunity to wipe them out in one fell swoop. Along with two of the best men under your command, Aelyn and EnPaceRequiescat, you have managed to infiltrate the meeting under the guise of a member of the discussion. Whenever the group parts ways, you are able to discuss via messages the situation with them and direct them to do as you see fit. Furthermore, one of you can find an eliminate one of your opponents every time this takes place, picking them off one by one until you stand victorious. Finally, if one of them shoud by some chance seek you out, you have taken measures to ensure you appear as one of them.
Aelyn - You are Kharn the Betrayer.
Khorne is always demanding more blood be spilled, more heads be taken in his name, and he will never be truly satisfied. You personally would much rather be at some planet with millions of pathetic citizens waiting for the slaughter, but your lord warpdragon commands your services - and your restraint. Along with him and EnPaceRequiescat, you are to participate in this supposedly secret conference, confer whenever you have the opportunity to through messages, then eliminate one of the other participants every time they are apart. And if there's one thing you do, it's shed blood in the name of the Blood God.
EnPaceRequiescat - You are Ahriman, Chief Librarian of the Thousand Sons
Your master, Tzeentch, is known to some as the Great Manipulator. He is constantly leading millions of individuals in a game inconcieveable to anyone else, constantly working towards his unfathomable ends. You are one of his most prized playing pieces - and he has decided for now that you are to follow warpdragon to this Imperial conference, and to work with him and Aelyn to eliminate his enemies. When you are alone, you can communicate with them via messages, then one of you can take one specified individual out of the equation.
