Interesting, we've had three consecutive instances of OMGUS:

At least one of these votes comes from a town player, so I'd like to pose the following questions to the above voters:

1. Do you believe in any absolute

universal scum tells?
2. Do any of the above tells, if existent, carry less or more weight during RVS?

Consider the act of OMGUS voting. The term is commonly used to dispel gravity that a counter-vote has when two voters happen to be making cases against each other. However, we have three instances of pure OMGUS in a very straight line. Genuine OMGUS, I believe, is a very strong tell when it's used in the following situations: 1) Excuse to place a premeditated vote 2) Primary reason for building a counter-case ("He's voting for me because he's scum").

And discussing theory is always better than staying in the RVS q21, I'd call anyone who opposes it scum sooner than anyone who uses it, unless it distracts anyone from scumhunting, which won't really happen in the RVS.

Really - discussing theory is always better that RVS? The game staying in RVS would, eventually, achieve a lynch. It would be a bad lynch, most likely, but it would be a lynch. Theory discussion, on the other hand will eventually achieve... nothing.

If you had genuinely read the thread and looked for lurkers, there is no way you would not have noticed hp. hp's posts so far:

Four posts, none of which have any content at all, in nearly six days. Blatantly non-interactive. Yet when asked to name someone you suspect for lurking, you got nothing. Doesn't add up.

Four posts in six days is actually good for me. I live in Europe so it is rare for someone to post when I'm online. I also don't have computer access every day.

I'm kinda torn about q21. My gut says he's scum while I haven't caught anything in his posts except this:

The underlined is a gross misrepresentation. I said nothing about the value of meta, whatever titles you want to put on it. I've said that I do not believe that the discussion of meta is useful to helping the town find the scum. There is a place for that kind of thing... the Mafia Discussion forum.

If I was bandwagoning, I would put either Ace or law into L-1. Populartajo wagon wasn't even big enough to jump on. Also pop's current aggressiveness strike me as scum paranoia so I'll be keeping my vote (unless ABR will be lynched)

Do you think the looming deadline might have had something to do with it?

They were pushing for the lurker's lynch when there was a better option: Law the scummy flip-flopper. So I think it's likely.

I'm mad suspicious of anyone saying "Oh, I'm probably the Chosen, guys, so we best not lynch me". Hp-Law bus is not out of the question here.

Not seeing anything of substance here. You're also ignoring my questions still: Why were you lurking yesterday? Is that going to continue? If you think Law was buddying up to Tajo-town, why did you suggest that today's lynch be Tajo?

As you see, I'm not lurking anymore. I lacked motivation D1, but after hammering Lawscum, I'm feeling better than ever. Also as my mood changed, my view changed also. I think that I made the comment of scum buddying up D2, wile I made the other one on D1, before Law flipped scum.

You are assuming that scum would always go after their lynchee on D1, even if there was no case to push against them. I don't think that's a reasonable assumption.
