I'm against the vengeful. My choice would be 2-shot roleblocker and godfather I think.

I think a godfather should be on the list because most lynch don't happen because of our cop getting a scum report. Most lynches are made from in thread scummy posts. I also now (after carefully re reading the roles.) am in favor of a Vengeful.

What did you find in the careful reread that changed your mind? Your most recent post seems quite flip-floppy, may I assume you still hold the opinion put forward in this post?

re-read as in I didn't read the roles very well on the offset. One think with yo's above post is that if we do get into a spot where we do mass claim because we know that their are few mafia left we should have the power to overcome that one extra kill.

Ugh. I think rolecop is better(edit: stronger, worse for the town) than roleblocker primarily for 1 reason. I think their potential effect of the game is similar, but the roleblocker is really only useful after a couple days, where as the rolecop is useful right away(edit:Yes it gets weaker as the game goes on but the timing is the issue), a theoretical mason can completely play around the roleblocker if he exists by just using his ability night 1, a theoretical weak doc also has a similar benefit of being fairly sure his n1 and n2 protects are legit, and same with a cop if they decided to give us one for some reason. Anyway as I was saying, the rolecop is basically impossible for the town to play around, but we have potential to play around the roleblocker, or get him lynched, precisely because he's not valuable until the late game. If it was an infy shot roleblocker it would be different, but I doubt he's using his ability n1 given he's only got 2 shots with it.

Malp _still_ has yet to post. Chamber has still yet to give us the answer to your original question in your first post. The table above lists all the choices that were given (Yos couldn't decide on a third, hence why it is in red as well). While we should not assume that the chart would actually reflect what scum did give us, I think it gives the pretty accurate representation of what roles are likely to show up (aka, it's pretty obvious to assume there'd be a mason).

As for Sajin's substance comment, I had this post written in notepad about a week ago, but was holding it to prevent handing scum the information, or at the very least, get everyone to participate (as you can see, there were still issues I had with putting this table out in the post you quoted).

Overall, right now I find Chamber scummy for his lack of ability to provide the town with any sort of useful information, as well as his inability to answer this question in any of his D0 posts.

How are "treating it like a null tell"(paraphrased) and "Excusing my behavior" not the same thing? I think that's where Scot was having issues. It's certainly where I'm having issues.
