Ok, so starting on SpyreX's ISO:

To begin we have the hammer on Mhork, who later flipped scum. We have a lot of Hollywood-ing from SpyreX, which is pretty par for the course with him and powerlynches. Especially given Parama is in the game with him. What I find weird about SpySpy's early posting is the manner in which he hammers Mhork and his total lack of a immediate response to me asking if he's scum. His Mhork hammer caught my attention because 1)It came without a Mhork claim and 2) the line about doing stupid things. It looked to me like SpyreX just entered the game and was down to bus his scumbuddy to hell, and lynched him without a claim for maximum townie cred.

After this, I don't get a response from SpyreX addressing my "are you scum SpyreX?" comment until 10 posts later when he addresses me with the "middle grouping" stuff and calls me town for calling him scum. Enough had happened after my initial post that SpyreX not only had a full night to think about his response, but it also kind of made his response mean a lot less in the given scenario. Him calling it town is probably the safest move he could do, because it placates me and doesn't engage me head on.

A lot of SpyreX talking about claims after Mhork is dead is really meh. Not alignment indicative, but it also doesn't fill me with townie goodness aura like it should.

That's another thing. SpyreX's posting in twlight after Mhork is lynched is missing 1 thing. It doesn't show any kind of... uncertainty about his flip. He seems very relaxed that he will get the towncred he is looking for. And with a lot of players this would be a huge scumtell, but it's SpyreX and he's got the whole SDC powerlynch meta thing going for him.

But even still, even WITH his powerlynch hammer happy meta, the switch onto Sword is extremely suspect.

Given that SpyreX had been calling for the death of 3 different people that day (Ice,Cheery,Implosion), I find it extremely weird for a town!SpyreX to just accept a lynch and hammer it when he has 3 other things he wants dead (ok 2.5, Ice was always a "need to kill but might not be scum" for him, which in itself is a little scummy).

Especially since he never even mentions Sword before prompting Kanye to vote for him. Not even a peep. Not one iota of a read about him.

Finally, with SpyreX addressing Kanye directly right before the sword lynch, asking him why he is scum, and then Kanye dying, I find it very hard not to loook at SpySpy and wonder if he's scum. Nightkill analysis is a guessing art, but in combination with the weird lynching habits and his lack of reaction to pressure on him, it doesn't look or FEEL townie.

And his play today hasn't been stellar in changing my opinion. Even his reads list seems very forced.

I dunno, for a tl;dr the things that worry me about Spy are:

1) His initial vote on Mhork and then his actions in the twilight following.
2) His total lack of reaction to my asking if he's scum.
3) His interactions with an obvtown KKB
4) His extremely weird Sword vote, especially given his lack of posting anything Sword + his vehement suspicions of other players.

So, um, yeah. I feel more and more like I'm talking myself into a SpyreX lynch here.

We should just popcorn, and I guess since I was the one against it yesterday I can take it upon myself to start. I am a Pirate Hat and Eyepatch. Specifically I was given flavor about how I was won in a fierce battle with one Captain Lemon.

Actually, I'm sold.

Barring the 0.1% chance that Parama is scum (which I can't concieve. He's just been too townie this game, plus the fact he isn't dead is an awful argument in this case.) and the even less likely scenario that Cheery is scum fakeclaiming Tracker with a night talk ability.

Actually that's probably more likely than Parama scum. Because we have a doctor and a "prowler" whatever the hell that is. Depending on the strength of a prowler, scum would have to have some kind of power to compensate or something. But to be honest, it's still super unlikely.

And the SpyreX/Implosion scumteam just makes a fucking ton of sense to me. I've been on SpyreX's case all fucking game about his weird play (you can go review my case on him) and when I finally got off being lazy and posted that case, only 1 person responded to it. And that was implosion. And he used weird iffy meta tells to try and refute it.

And I MEANT to get around to showing him why his stupid iffy meta tells were wrong, but the lynches the past 2 days have seemed both inevitable and bad. I got apathetic again.

And now, I really don't see a reason to try and prove him wrong, because I now KNOW that he was just trying to lay down a bit of covering fire for SpyreX and keep the status quo "easy lynches" rolling.

So if Cheery or Parama want me to go through some of SpyreX's scum meta to show why Implosion is wrong (and might be lying) I'd be willing to do that. But at the moment I'm 99.9% convinced the scum team is nailed.

This is me psuedo voting for one of them but respecting the fact that it's almost certainly lylo and not rushing a decision.

Because he knows if he says that implosion will have to die today from virtue of being on EVERYONE's scum list, and SpyreX doesn't know if he can win in lylo. He Doesn't know whether to kill obv town cheery or obv town parama.

There's a difference between "real life" and us responding back and forth and him up and leaving COINCIDENTALLY after that point.

Which honestly might be better, because as much as I think Cheery is town, his reads and play this game don't fill me with a lot of trust in him to make the right call between me and SpyreX today. Remember, all it takes is for Cheery to make a wrong vote and SpyreX and Implosion can immediately quickhammer me for the win. (No offense meant here Cheery, I just don't know if I trust your ability to read as much as I do Parama's, plus with 2 people having to make a choice, it's more likely that the scum can win, rather than with 1.)

So I'm down to lynch Implosion today. He's literally confirmed scum to you and Cheery by virtue of interactions and stuff. Only reason I'm voting spyreX right now is because I'm too Proud and want to see SpyreX die the death.
