This day I was on my phone all day and didn't have a chance to do a thorough read through. Gut felt pepper scummy. Once I did the actual read through with my computer changed perspective on pepper. Now I think pepper is null.

On Baezu's mason-claim case I can say that I've never encountered a player claiming this early without being prompted. It was out of the blue and the reason was that her alleged mason partner (purpkin) told her to do so. So Baezu did they ever give you a reason on why you should claim if they'd died? And why so specific? Was purpkin going to claim had you died instead of them?

On the above statements, you claimed that you had never played a game with a partner, so you have never played as the mafioso? But you have and you'd told us that earlier. Wouldn't it be quite a similar experience as if you're playing like masons? This statement conveys the notion that you're trying to justify your actions on your noobness aka inexperience.

Then next sentence you're clearly making a contradiction; you don't really want to claim but you know what, it's your birthday, so YOLO right? This actions defies logical sense even to yourself.

And finally your ending statement; it sounded like you're addressing the mafioso. As if they were the ones who put you in this situation and made you claim. But actually you were really not in any real danger at all, this claim actually seems like a pre-emptive strike to ward off any lynches against you. Baezu you said you wanted to give the town more information but all you did is present us with confusion. Like everyone said this is an indisputable claim and we can't do much with it. It doesn't confirm you're town at all.

The main point I'm baffled with is that you gave off the notion that you'd never actually thought of the consequences of you actions in claiming; like what would the town reaction be or how would this help town find scum?. I like your analysis. I agree with a lot of it. I did think up of the line myself. I wanted to try and crumb in games where I'm town because I was in a game where someone crumbed and it was brilliant and blew my mind so I wanted to try it as well. Obviously, I wasn't successful. Baezu is probably town because of the counter wagon on her yesterday. Im inclined to think that 1 scum was bussing, the other was staying away from a wagon. Namely, this quote from KJ comes to mind.

BRO is town because out of voting Beazu/Troubles he decided to restart the wagon on Troubles instead of joining the Baezu wagon.

I do not think scum in his position would try for the harder lynch.

And independent of my personal reads, the rate at which the BRO wagon grew just FEELS scum driven.

Like seriously, it only took 13 hours to run him from 0 -> 5. I'd estimate that there are 2-3 scum in the pool of players who have recently voted him [ T S O, runnerman, Troubles, Baezu, SnP, Titus ]. If BRO were scum I would expect to have much different vibes, and at the very least see a strong contender for the noose today.

Now I wouldnt know what to think now but my scum pool is within [KJ, Troubles, TH]
KJ because of the weird flip flop on Troubles. And him trying to clear BRO yesterday.
Troubles because of association with KJ, and the vote to me felt like a desperate bus vote.
TH because of general scumminess

I do think that if BRO was being wagonned yesterday, he would have tried to get the Baezu lynched if both were scum to try to double bus.

If I had to guess the scum team right now it'd be Rach and either Titus or T_H by PoE. I can support either lynch. Rach because the cc thing was bizarre, T_H because of how overly cautious he has been today, and Titus because I never really confirmed a town read on her (but this is mitigated by her decision not to lynch me, which is strange for scum seeing as though I was an easy mislynch and she never gunned for me afterwards so T_H is preference.)
