TIP may or may not be scum, I've played with him twice before and I've been the same alignment as him both times and both times he was the reason for my exit from the game.. Funnily enough we lost both games. I think his playstyle is anti town and usually a detriment to whatever alignment he plays for.

Regarding the bits about TIP and the fact that he flipped traitor... my understanding is that that role is pretty hard to ensure balance with and I'd imagine the traitor wouldn't be told who the other scum was and the other scum would't be told who traitor was.... however would they be told by the mod that there was a traitor in the game? Would TIP have been told that there were X number of scum in the game?
