You are correct that my vote isn't based on a case, it's a policy lynch. Policy lynches usually don't have a case attached except to say that this player plays eeriliy similar as town and as scum, meaning that he will do nothing but lurk and be useless. The quote on my Wiki from Quadz sums it up best

so it's either I lynch notscience today who I would consider a bad/useless player or I join SSK's crusade at eliminating an anti-town player.

My ability to scum hunt has been faulty for a while, especially on day 1 so I use that time to take out someone who will be a detriment to the game if they are town. It's really a win/win cause I either get lucky and hit scum or I have helped get rid of a player who isn't really playing the game. I will say that my ability to scumhunt does improve as the game goes on, surely notscience can attest to that since I had caught both him and his partner recently.

Only reason town lost that game was because of.... you guessed it. An anti-town player

I'm not acting like I'm better, but when I feel like I'm right I stand by my opinion.

I have played with notsci twice. Both were scum. I feel I know his meta good enough since I just dug through a bunch of his games. I don't feel he is mirroring his town play that much at all.

I have seen nothing from him that suggests town. So what started as a policy lynch isn't one anymore. Also the policy lynch day 1 is part of my new thing so if I'm going to get pl'd for policy lynching, so be it. But I'm not going to stop doing it ever.

post 385 is where I go over the people I feel are lurking and sort of explain where I stand since that post I noticed ssk is avoiding the game so he isn't a town read anymore but at that point I said I could vote Private or Dolittle.

You ask me why I chose him, idk I just did. He struck me as scummier as the others, when you add ssk back into it I could easily go with him too but my early early read looks like scum was pushing for his lynch. Dolittle was one of the earlier votes on ssk.

Plus my gut just says he is scum and sometimes you just have to trust your gut

Well since one of my reads flipped town, it changes one of them. I'm going to re-read keeping in mind mastin's recent comments about my arrogance ( I'm not arrogant IMO). I'm gonna try and see who they thought were scum and see if their reasons made sense.

I still think NS/dgb are scum but I don't really see then scum together so obviously I'm wrong about 1.
