unvote: Zeekltd
I only did it messing with him since we're friends on another site.
Nobody is really saying anything too scumish at the moment except for earwig's suspicious post. I'm gonna hold off on voting for him at the moment though. I don't want to accidentally start the bandwagon.
I'd like to hear his response to our allegations first.-

LOL, every game there is someone. I love playing here because my loose style of play confuses everyone on the site(except the people who have played a few games with me). You go right ahead and vote for me, for not jumping on the lynchwagon with a strong sense of certainty. Yeah, I look scummy for thinking alright.ChaosOmega wrote:Start the bandwagon? He's got 4 votes (well, 3 when you posted that). It's already been put in motion.
I would vote for Earwig, but it's way too early to put someone at L-1, so I'm going tounvote, Vote: Estes
I didn't like that last post you made. You seemed way too cautious about not wanting to be on that bandwagon.-

I never said I play scummy. You've assumed such, or apparently put words into my mouth.DeanWinchester wrote:@estes: The remark is in response to your " I always play scummy so don't lynch me" comment. If you don't want to get lynched don't play scummy. Yes your comment about hesitating to vote does look scummy, but you coumpound it by going "don't vote me for a scummy action, because I'm always scummy."
I just type exactly what I'm thinking at all times. That flips townies out(why I have yet to determine).
It's like brutal honesty = scum here or something.-

J-man: Seems ok so far, imo. His earlier post with containing a good amount of thought, was a very pro-town move. Mafia, usually, don't go into such detail early.ryan wrote:Consider this a Q&A post
1) Off the Mark: Who would you consider your top 3 scum?
2) Estes: Thoughts on J-Man and Gatorguy?
3) ChaosOmega: Your thoughts on Earwig?
I'll post some personal thoughts here in a few.
Gatorguy: hasn't really posted anything of significance in my book. Borderline lurker. I'd kinda like to see him give his thoughts on things.
Also, the fact that Dean went on an almost militant attack towards me, and hasn't been seen since, make me wonder why he's been quite. Granted he may be working or something, but it makes you wonder.-

Me and Zeek know each other from another forum; we were just messing around like any friends would.
With that said, It's always hard to tell who's mafia when a few guys jump on one side and say, "such and such is mafia", and some more jump on another side and say the same thing about the others. As soon as we figure out one of them - from either side - it will help shape up the sides very well (although two mafia may be on different sides to throw off our town). Because we basically have Zeek & Ryan vs. OtM and ChaosOmega. And then of course we have me and Dean sorta stalemated at each other's throats.
Yes I realize I just wrote out what everyone already knows, I just wanted to write my thoughts out.-

As I stated on the last page...J-man wrote:that was a good one estes you may have wrote out everyone elses thoughts but you made alot of sense to me who was still kinda confused from the Ryan and OTM thingie, just wondering where you think i am (using that idea as a springboard)?
For the moment I consider you a pro-town player; due to the fact you wrote out a lot of thoughts and ideas earlier. I my experience mafia doesn'tnormallywrite out very long posts of incite. All of this is subject to change of course, but at the moment I consider you a townie.-

OtF, you're desperately searching for something to throw attention off of yourself. Really scummy to me(or at least extremely paranoid).ryan wrote:
I don't want a lurker lynched but I can't say I have a problem voting for somebody who currently doesn't have any votes on him, maybe a pressure vote gets him posting again?Off the Mark wrote:Ack! Estes there is a lot going on here and you are voting for a lurker?
HUGE FOS: Estes
Exactly ryan, just a pressure vote.-

Please show me where it says I don't care? I said if y'all don't believe me kill him, not that I didn't want him to die. I don't want to lose a single townie(ideally).ZeekLTK wrote:
Oh okay... so you "reveal" your role in an attempt to stop us from lynching him and then you turn right around and say that you don't care if we kill him? Nice!! What was the point of revealing then?Estes wrote:Ugh, whatever. Fine kill him, but don't say I didn't warn you.
You also said I should die(which is very scummy, no town member should ever wish death on another town member no matter what they do) for coming out at that time. And why was that? To save J-man? Will he even be able to help us? He's supposedly insane, so everyone assumes he'll see stuff appositely of the way they are(aka mafia innocent, town guilty). How are we sure that's the way his mind works. Maybe by being "insane" he gets stuff randomly? He may get and innocent or a guilty, if that's the case his investigations don't really help us at all.
And lastly, if I was mafia why would I come out right before Sorin gets hung? That would be a horrible, horrible move. If I was that bad at this game I would have already screwed up worse in the games we played on Utopia. Go bad and read them Zeek, you'll see that isn't and never has been the case.-

I was trying not to give myself away at all.ryan wrote:Estes: Did you breadcrumb that you are a cop? Looking back through I don't really see anything showing me info you are a cop.
OtM: yeah man, I realize how it looks. I look scummy as crap. But, again if I was mafia why would I have jumped out then? I was just trying to save a guy my investigation said was innocent. Hopefully I'm not insane, or worse, random.-

The fact that he was all over me for not wanting to vote Earwig; and as soon as we start calling him out on it(and asking him questions) he's suddenly "busy".
That's all the argument I'll make. I don't really care what y'all do(I don't wanna be replaced though, I like the game...just not the fact that nobody believes me). I hate being called a liar. And another thing, going back to my episode(1010) if I wasn't a cop why would I pick that one? That is easily gonna be on the short list of choices for cop(a lot more than 813(J-man's). I would have picked something I was 100% positive wasn't assigned.
My suspect list(because I'll probably die soon):
Zeek (how convenient he claimed miller)
Gatorguy (guilty so far...maybe Zeek is trying to save him)
Dean (already said my case above)-

Ok, here goes...ZeekLTK wrote:
No, not because I "say so".... we already went over this.Estes wrote:
Clear because you say so? Oh ok.ZeekLTK wrote:It's pretty clear I'm a miller and pro-town
By saying I'm going to give a guilty that means I'm either a miller or mafia. I wouldn't do this if I was a town who got innocent because there is no benefit to that, so I have to be miller or mafia. Me revealing as miller helps the town in several ways such as j-man can confirm his insanity, Gatorguy, a likely townie, is not lynched, etc. Even if Gatorguy is not town, me revealing will help us figure that out.
There is nothing anti-town about my reveal(if there is I'd like to hear it)so I don't see how anyone can suspect me as possibly being mafia any more. If anything, it just looks more suspicious on the parts of those who do try to make a case against me.
You claimed that "if anyone investigates me, I'll be guilty because I'm a miller." That can easily be translated into, "I'm mafia but I claimed miller so when you do finally investigate me I'll say I appeared guilty because of my 'miller' role.(and you'll also buy Gatorguy another day)" You also can say(when you do turn up guilty) "ok let's kill Gatorguy, J-man is sane"(or if it works out that you appear innocent, you can say don't kill Gator, J-man is insane - which would make Gator the Godfather). So, then after Gatorguy's death you'll appear to be pro-town(and if J-man actually is insane you'll both appear to be townies and can dictate the game). It's quite ingenious on your part...yes you lose one mafia member(unless Gator is the Godfather) but you're setting the scum up to always have at least one person the town thinks is with them...thus letting at least one mafia make it to the end for the win.
I cannot believe I'm the only one who sees this as a possibility.
Blame Stewie there. I just report what I get.ZeekLTK wrote:However, you claim you got an innocent result. Dawg never got an innocent result in the episode, so that doesn't add up.-

Ok, I can except that as a reasonable answer. Thank you.Off the Mark wrote:It's a different situation. Your claim/lie is more simple and straightforward. Either you are lying or not. In the Gator-as-godfather scenario, Zeek is required to do lots of analysis, come up with a lie to fit the situation, and then convince the rest of us to go long with his conspiracy/plan. I would think that this type of player would use lots of analysis to convince us. A bit of WIFOM reasoning here, but there you have it.-

I numbered them...Off the Mark wrote:1. Great, now if you are the real cop, scum can simply kill Dean. 2. Or you. You should have kept that to yourself.
1. I figure Dean is scum anyway; so I doubt he'll be dead(and if not....oh well. He's not helping us and apparently won't be replaced).
2. The scum already know I'm not scum. It's apparent I'll probably targeted tonight. I don't think me posting will change their minds there.-

It said I saw music written down, and nothing suspicious. That was all; I just assumed it meant he was a singer/composer/writer or something.ZeekLTK wrote:Dean's thing about music... Estes can you elaborate? Maybe if we can figure out that role it'll help tremendously.
Can anyone who watches South Park figure out a show where Eric has something to do with music?-

After thinking about it for awhile, and still being undecided on the ryan/OTM bickering I'm gonna
vote earwig/SorintheSeeker
because I like the argument Zeek makes against him.
I really wish we had J-man's investigation(couldn't the mod give it to us while he's being replaced) to know about him and Gatorguy a little better.-
