giving Firebringer a doublevote in 5p where SoS still lived would be an automatic win for scum, so it makes sense why firebringer would use that action over SoS using the roleblock

In post 1194, Xtoxm wrote:The only thing stopping me from insta purging Fire at this point is that the presence of his double vote would seem to indicate he couldn't have made the kill.

The double-vote activation being passive would explain that decently enough, although I can't come up with a good flavor explanation. I think he's possibly probably town but I don't think he's confirmed and I think he needs to be purged first because of the strength of a scum doublevoter the smaller the game gets as well as his other goodies.

In post 1196, Davsto wrote:Who's word do we have to go on that the shattering lasts all night apart from Starbuck's word?
Godfather is a role that exists.

We can have Starbuck shatter again and she will be counted as dead per the mod's word, which would mean that our win condition would be met if she shattered as the last scum. As a side note, I initially read that as "Starbucks" and cringed for her sake.

In post 1196, Davsto wrote:Problem with this whole "ooh look at all these confirmed towns" is that you're not considering little things. How are these people considered confirmed town but not me, who literally brought up a dead Mafia.

Why does this make you confirmed town?

In post 1198, Davsto wrote:Because there is a dead body, right there, and there is no way that an SK would work in a setup this small, and, if I were lying, there'd be no vigilante which would be weird.
You have no proof in front of you that those who were inspected aren't investigation-immune, or that Fire's double vote is actually an action and not an even-day thing.

I'm not confirmed town, but my confirmedness is more than the others', in my opinion. Starbuck is the only confirmed town by the fact that the game didn't end when she shattered.

There have been SKs in small games before.
I am also a vigilante and have already produced a dead body, and vigilantes are not common fare in every game.

The proof we have that they aren't investigative-immune is that Grapes was informed that he could get a false "MAFIA" result in the game; giving him a false "TOWN" result and not informing him of as much is bad modding and wgeurts certainly isn't a bad mod.

I'm making no arguments that Firebringer is confirmed town.

In post 1200, Davsto wrote:The way that grapes' inspection thing was worded is that she knew she'd get a fake mafia result on someone who didn't know it - this would be to avoid bastardness.

For one of the actual mafia to be aware that they "inspect as town" would make sense, in all honesty.

I don't understand the point you're making.

Grapes was informed that he would investigate a townie as mafia but not a mafia as townie was to avoid bastardness? If that was the intent, why not inform the townie they were a miller?

Why does it make sense for there to be a godfather in this game?

Normally when a cop gets a guilty result, they out. When cops out, Roleblockers usually block them.
If a cop manages to get three guilty results on three different mafia players, they deserve to win the game; a vig shooting three mafia also deserves to win the game.
